I had my first appointment with Dr. Thomas today. I am usually nervous at the dentist but Dr. Thomas and her staff made me feel completely at ease. She took her time explaining things to me in a way that made sense. Dr. Thomas and staff were all very kind to me. I felt very comfortable and safe with all the precautions the office has in place during the pandemic. I look forward to going back to see Dr. Thomas for future appointments and would recommend her and her team to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr Thomas for a few years. She is absolutely fabulous. By far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Everything is thorough- from the examination, to the explanations. She takes the time to explain things, and always answers any questions you may have. I’ve been seeing Karen for cleanings every 6 months... and always leave feeling like I have the cleanest teeth ever! She is so personable and makes the experience enjoyable. I actually ended up moving about 1.5h away, but continue to go to this dentist because they’re great. The office is bright and clean & I have never had

Kudos to Dr. Bina and her staff. I was too stubborn in serious tooth pain to go any sooner than I did. OK, it was delayed because of anxiety with dentists in general. Dr. Bina quickly made me feel at ease and diagnosed me needing an immediate root canal. She referred me to a specialist in St. Catharines, Dr. Krishan that made all the pain go away in 20 minutes and best part, I never felt a thing. Amazing work! I followed up with Dr. Bina and she finished closing the filling a couple days later. I will definitely recommend her services. Top notch and professional. Thank you Dr. Bina and staff, see

Dr Thomas and her staff have been treating my family for 8+ years.
The staff is kind, considerate and very patient. The office is clean and inviting. The atmosphere she has created set the tone for my kids from a very young age..they are not afraid and leave feeling well cared for.
We had tried a few dentists in town before coming to her and know there isn’t anyone better out there!

This dentist office is by far the best I have ever gone to. The staff is very professional, the office is a very inviting atmosphere and the work they do is excellent. I don’t love going to the dentist (as I am sure most don’t) but because I have to go I am glad I am able to go to Dr. Thomas’s dental office.
