Office staff very arrogant.
Office manager very deceiving
Dental practice likes to try to book you for several cleanings a year regardless of being told not to exceed benefit plan limits.
then you are charged out of pocket, then if they have your credit card number they charge your card without authorization.
very dishonest and unprofessional.

I will never return. Sick of being harassed to get X-rays every six months. I have never had a cavity in my life and have my own grown children yet they harass and argue with me like I’m an idiot because I don’t want xrays every six months when I go in . I will decide when I want them. The hygienists are so rude and condescending. I have asked a dozen times to put a note in my file but they continue to argue with me every time. Today is the last time. I will not return. I am paying them for a service and am not required to get X-rays just because they want me to! Wow!
