I showed up first thing in the morning on a Sunday. The doctor was in at 10am but the office opens at 8:30am for registration. I was able to sign up, then leave and return around 10. Wasn't too busy and was able to speak to the doctor around 11. She was very helpful and listened carefully to my concerns. So thankful they're open on weekends and no appointments needed!!

Doctor was supposed to call me 1.5 hours ago and nothing yet. It’s almost impossible to contact the clinic. I finally got through and turns out the doctor is running “a few hours behind” and didn’t tell any scheduled patients.. we don’t have time to wait all day for you!!
Update: I waited 3.5h total and was on hold for 45 mins when I called to talk to someone to see if I’d even get a callback. Turns out they closed early and I waited for no reason. I’m so shocked how terrible this clinic and doctors are.

Very unprofessional staff even though we confirmed if they are accepting new patients but when I went there I waited 45 mins and the doctor Waqar Nabi himself came out and was very arrogant and came to me to say that he is not accepting new patients even though the clinic was empty I would not recommend this clinic and doctor to any one. Very illiterate team.

The lady books me on Thursday for a Friday appointment at 4pm and then they close the office prior to 4pm and don't even call me. Their excuse: we had your old phone number on file, even though they made me fill up the form. Honestly hands down one of the worst managed medical team. No one apologized for their mistake and I don't think anyone will even call to apologize.

Dr.Nabi has nothing to do with medicine,very rude and unprofessional he just want to bill the OHIP. first time I came for my knee pain and he referred me to cardiologist, when I asked him about my blood results, he said this visit we will only discuss the knee pain and next visit will discuss the blood work ! he absolutely has no respect to time. I will never return to this clinic

Are you looking for a doctor that has zero respect for your time? Well Dr Waqar Nabi is the doctor for you! I have had 2 telephone appointments with this doctor in the last few months. The first call I waited 2.5 hours passed my appointment time. I was pretty annoyed, when he called that he did not even acknowledge how late he was with even a half hearted apology, but decided to give him the benefit of the doubt as I do realize that doctors can have very busy schedules. Oh how wrong I was! The 2nd appointment I had was even worse! My appointment was for 12:05pm, and I did not here from him until

Dr Nabi is excellent doctor but the staff is not at professional.
Called few times but they don't pick the phone and when i went there lady was quite rude.When i asked question she was not even getting up from her chair so i have to go 2 steps colser to talk to her but still maintained 6ft and then she told to stay behind the barrier.
She was not at all happy to give me answers.
She don't know how to talk with people.
