I got a pair of prescription sunglasses and after taking them home I realized this pair didn’t work for me. When I went back a few weeks later to buy some lenses, I mentioned the issue. Hannah let me know that they would help me find a solution so I would still have some to use. I ended up getting a totally different pair, at no extra charge, in exchange for the first pair.

Customer service was off the charts here. I bought a pair of glasses last fall that ended up having the wrong colour in natural light. Just took these in after (rarely wore them) and they kindly swapped out for a new frame, free of charge. Top notch consult on frames, and friendly service. Highly recommend.

This place was recommended by my friend. I went there with no appointment but the staff was helpful and arranged to accept me very quick.
Very nice collection and pleasant people to deal with. I was in and out within 25 minutes.
I am awaiting my glasses to be ready within the next week.

Jodie (Jodi?) was amazing! She was the one who took my call and helped me pick out lenses that suited me. She is friendly, funny and isn't afraid to shove some pretty frames on your face. Definitely a 10/10 experience because of her. The other employees in the store were great too! Judy and the optician (sorry I can't remember your name) were awesome and I found glasses that I know I am going to love. Thank you! :)

Fantastic Service and Amazing Prices :)
Overall I was really happy with not only the really amazing service I got from the employee who helped me pick a new pair of glasses but also the prices were outstanding, and for someone who has been wearing glasses since 4 years old that means a lot.
Would strongly recommend this store to anyone looking to get anything in its field. Will for sure be making it my go-to spot from now on.

I had an emergency needing new glasses during the Pandemic. I had a friend recommend me to this location, so I called and spoke with Dominique. I told her my situation and she stated I could come in right away. She greeted me outside and walked me to the store. There was hand sanitizer presented and everything was clean. I felt very comfortable trying on a few different glasses. It was fantastic!! Absolutely the best Customer Service! Dominique was amazing! Very friendly, knowledgeable and honest which made the experience so much easier. She went above and beyond finding two perfect pairs for me

Give this one a wide berth! Toxic environment. Staff thinks everyone is stupid. Complete disrespect for those on ODSP. THEY CHARGE EXTRA FOR EVERYTHING!!! There is a fee for making an appointment, but they don't tell you until after you make one. They also tried to trick me into paying extra fees for unnecessary special tests that I have not been required to have done in the past 20+ years with other opticians.

In one off-day, I managed to break my glasses and damage my spares. As my previous eyeglass store went out of business, I took each pair to different stores in my neighbourhood with similar results (why you may see I have similar reviews of both stores).
Early to meet my friend, I popped into Vezina Optical. I had stepped on my glasses and bent the hinge, leaving my glasses very wobbly. I explained the store closure and asked if they could fix them. The guy heated the hinge, bent it back into shape, cleaned and rechecked the fit. Oh my, to have secure glasses again! I offered to pay for the work
