In our experience : Kristi is dreadful to deal with, really an unpleasant, angry older lady with a chip on her shoulder. GIL didn’t maintain the home nor do the lease correctly which cost our landlord a ton of money. They substantially breached a half dozen RTA laws, fudged all the important paperwork and failed to maintain the property. 🤦♀️ The accountant however is intelligent, the quarterly inspector is a nice guy and the leasing agents are normal.
