CEDARHOLME Bed & Breakfast and Cottages is situated on the beautiful Bruce Peninsula in Hope Bay, half way between Wiarton and Lion's Head, Ontario. On the Bruce Trail and steps from Georgian Bay, Cedarholme is a stately 92 year old home with three non-smoking guest rooms in the Bed and Breakfast as well as six housekeeping cottages.

We are a family oriented destination close to all area attractions. Children will especially enjoy our large play area and the nearby Hope Bay sandy beach. Both of us, John and Lynn, were raised on the Bruce Peninsula and have maintained our close ties with the area for the past 60 years. Our knowledge and love of the Bruce assure that you will be well informed about the area attractions and events.

Bed & Breakfast Report

Your stay at Cedarholme Bed and Breakfast includes a full breakfast with seasonal fresh fruit and home baked goods, served in our sunny dining room. We'll be happy to accommodate special diets; please let us know in advance what your requirements are. Our home is air conditioned with geo thermal cooling for your comfort.

Cottages Report

Make our cottages your Bruce headquarters whether you're sight seeing, hiking, or just relaxing. Each cottage sleeps up to six persons (4 adults max) with 2 bedrooms (queen and double or two doubles) plus a futon in the sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes and utensils - all you need to bring is the food!

Area Attractions Report

Hike the Bruce Trail from our front door and enjoy the many local trails maintained by the Peninsula Bruce Trail Club. Enjoy the four nearby ski/snowshoe trails of the Bruce Ski Club and Sauble Beach or check out the local snowmobile trails! Witness Wiarton Willie's predictions up close and enjoy all of the activities.
