Dr Lee saw my dad during the pandemic months. He was attentive and thorough. My 85yo dad had an unresolved sore throat and Dr.Lee did a endoscopy. Didn’t find anything major, which was good news. He saw my dad showing some possible evidence of acid reflux. So he suggested some otc acid reflux meds. Maybe it’s not his expertise so he started off with low dose. Dad was good for three weeks and the sore throat came back. Called Dr.Lee and he suggested another otc medication. Dr. Lee was attentive and gentle. He agreed for my dad to check with an Gastroenterologist with the ongoing acid reflux

I visited this office for clogged ear wax removal that bothered me for a week.
Staff: They had been very understanding and accommodating for my situation (aka short, no need for a full half-hour slot) and scheduled me the same day.
Doctor: Dr Lee is very effective and skillful. He got my ear cleaned in less than 10 min and I recovered to hear clearly.

Horrible. How do these guys even become doctors or caregivers ? Went for a diagnosis of my buzzing ear but ended up paying for two or three visits with absolutely no resolution. Was recommended for an audiology rest which went ok but this doctor was in a rush to go for his lunch hour. It’s been two years since then and I am still continuing with the same problem. Pls do your research before you go to this doc.

I'm so appreciative of Dr. Lee and his staff. I was not a prior patient but when my doctor couldn't help me this morning with an urgent ear problem, his staff jumped in and got me an appointment this afternoon. Dr. Lee knew exactly what to do and relieved my discomfort within 20 minutes. Thank you Lisa at the front desk. I feel 100% better!

I have been a patience of Dr Lee for many years. I have referred my friends and family to Dr Lee as well.
Cute story: A few years ago, my mothers hearing was very bad. I would have to shout at her to get her attention. I made an appt with Dr Lee and the next day, a friend and I were driving my mother to dinner...I was whispering something about a surprise guest joining us. My mother perked up and said "Oh, I love him. Will he meet us at the restaurant?" No more secrets! ;)

Worst care provider we've ever been to. WORST!
We visited his office since our baby had a tongue tie. He just quickly checked our baby's mouth and tongue and said he does not want to treat this issue at this stage. He said we should wait until our baby becomes 3 or 4 years old (which is ridiculous), then he will determine whether our baby needs a treatment or not. Hey,,, wait, if we wait until our baby becomes 3 years old, she will be already having speech and other issues because of the tongue tie! We asked him if she will have such issues if we wait, and he just said "Depends

Worst experience. Actually the experience is so bad that it prompted me to sign up an account and write a Yelp review for the first time. I failed to get a hold of this doctor to ask a simple question after my first visit, despite the fact I called multiple times over two weeks. You can never reach this doctor once you leave his office. I called today to cancel all my future follow-up appointments with this doctor. You cannot trust your health with someone so unresponsive.

I needed to see an ENT and found Dr. Lee through my insurance; his office was conveniently located near my apartment. I was surprised by how quick and easy it was to schedule an appointment, check in at the desk when I came in, and how nice it was to speak with Dr. Lee.

My mom has had a sinus infection and been on antibiotics for a month and a half, so naturally her doctor referred her to an ENT. We've heard great things about Dr. Lee so that's where we went. The first visit, he wouldn't tell her why he was numbing her nose. Then when he went to go see another patient (since he's soo busy), the nurse brought in two large tubes. Obviously that freaked my mom out! When he came in, turns out they were actually sticking those up her nose with a camera (understandable, but why didn't he tell her that to begin with..). She got scared

Dr. Lee is a competent ENT specialist. I have seen him twice over the last couple of years for separate minor problems. Both visits went well. It's great to have a specialist examine you. The latest visit was for an unusually bad sore throat, the worst I ever had. They were able to squeeze me in in the same day. It turns out I was the fourth person with the same symptoms and onset that he had seen that day, and he identified the problem, gave effective advice and wrote the appropriate prescriptions. That's what you get with a specialist - experience. I had to pay cash for both visits

I have been seeing Dr. Lee for almost 15 years. I first saw him upon recommendation from a trusted coworker when my eardrum collapsed during a long flight. Instead of putting me on all kinds of drugs including antibiotics which I use only on last resort, he gave me a decongestant and I think he also gave me something for my vertigo so I could go to work.
About 11 years ago, my husband saw Dr. Lee for a deviated septum. Dr. Lee performed the surgery, and my husband had no complication and recovered very quickly. The whole experience was very good.

Many years ago, I had a Laryngoscopy twice by another physician. Both times were somewhat uncomfortable although not terrible experiences. Recently, I had a Laryngoscopy by Dr. Lee. I was impressed with how comfortable this procedure was, unlike my previous two procedures

I would give 0 star of there's the option. We went to have a my allergy problem check. I was going to pay the copay but the nurse asked me to pay it when the visit was done. The doctor checked my nose with a nose endoscopy equipment without saying or asking anything. When I was done the nurse then told me that it costed $250! It's like put something in my shopping cart without telling and then asked me to pay for it! Do not go there!
