Mspections Home Inspections
We help give you a status update on your home so you can buy, sell, or live with confidence. We work to always respond quickly to your inquires and provide quality work that won't hold you up. Our goal is to always provide clear, honest communication and be there to answer questions. With hundreds of inspections each year, we know what to look for and have likely seen it before.

Protecting your investment or planning your project should not be the most expensive part. Thermal, or infrared energy is light that is not visible to the human eye. It is the part of the electromagnetic spectrum that we perceive as heat. Every material has a unique thermal signature and when moisture, heat, cold, or wood destroying organisms are introduced to the structure, the thermal signature changes.
Services
Mspections Inc. was formed to provide people of southeastern Ontario high level, end-to-end residential inspection services. A home is the biggest asset you will ever own in your life, so it is important you understand its condition and state. One of the best things we can provide our clients is the peace of mind to live comfortably in their homes knowing they have been professionally inspected.
Our pre-purchase inspection will tell you if the home is a good investment. Find out exactly what needs to be repaired and how much money you will have to put into these repairs. An inaccurate inspection and assessment prior to the purchase of a home can be hugely detrimental to your family's safety and finances.
A home inspection prior to putting your house on the market helps avoid problems in negotiations down the line. Now that most buyers make the purchase conditional on the home passing inspection, a pre-listing inspection just allows sellers to get ahead of the game. A pre-listing inspection gives you a true evaluation of your home and helps you view the home from the buyer's perspective.
You should not assume a newly constructed home has been built perfectly. A third-party evaluation is strongly recommended. In fact, it is ideal to have multiple inspections performed at different stages of the construction. Mspections will help you create a deficiency list you can submit to your contractor and will ensure you are protected under the Ontario New Home Warranty Program.
Much like people need to see their doctors for regular exams, so do homes! Every three to five years you should have your home inspected. Home maintenance inspections tell you what needs repairing and what is nearing failure. It helps you identify small problems so you can fix them before they turn into big problems.

The team at Morningstar Inspections is first class. Tyler arrived with a smile and walked us through each element a homeowner needs to make informed decisions. The peace of mind that comes with knowing your home is in good shape, and where and when improvements are needed is invaluable. 100% recommended.
