I would never recommend AM PM Limo & Party Bus Calgary to anyone. It was my bachelorette weekend, and we booked a 24-passenger party bus, we did not receive what we booked. We received a party bus half the size and to add one hour later then we originally booked. The party bus we ended up getting was dirty inside.
When we received our invoice for the evening, the company did not follow their emailed quote, they charged us more per hour and they charged us at the 24-passenger party bus rate, when we did not receive that party bus!!!

We booked limo services through AM PM Limo in Lethbridge for my bridal shower and the limo did not show up. My Bridal party were all waiting outside of the restaurant for a whole hour. Even while booking through them, they failed to send a quote, the receptionist sounded annoyed when I was calling and calling about the quote. Then they did not answer any of our calls while we were waiting for them to arrive. I would not recommend this limo service. Not professional at all.

Terrible service. The limo was late and we asked for help trying to get the music working and the limo driver was unable to help us. We asked for an AUX cord to hook up to a phone to get it playing and she didn't have a clue what we were talking about. So we went to the wedding ceremony with NO MUSIC. Then on our way to the reception, she handed us an AUX cord when we were 5 min away from the door. Not impressed. Usually limos have umbrellas, but this one didn't. The limo driver was useless. We had no help getting in/out of the limo, she never even came around to open the door for us
