It was MINUS 32 ... nastiest roads ... and on the nastiest bridge ... another vehicle spun out right in front of us! So Scary! But thanks to his excellent driving skills, our driver managed to avoid the wreck without too much braking or too much gas or too much steering! Perfectly handled!
We have used Allied several times now. Always on time, clean, well-equipped cars and wonderful drivers!

WORST EVER!! DO NOT USE!!
Arrived with a bike bag and big roller duffle bag. After standing outside in the cold waiting for 5 minutes as all cars were parked without drivers! I "found" a driver in the very last vehicle, he told me to take the first car, when I explained that all cars but his were empty he walked back to the start of the line with me and called and then a couple of drivers "poured out" of the airport building. Then the driver told me that the seats on his Lincoln didn't fold down and that he couldn't take me, so I showed him how to flip the seats forward to be able to load the

I had to do a late booking (less than 12hr notice) for a 7AM pick-up to the airport. The driver arrived 30mins early. Vehicle was clean, and spacious. The driver very polite and helpful. Great experience. We'll use their service again. Thank you Staff at Allied.

We took Allied Shuttle from the airport to our hostel (right beside Hilton Garden Inn) in the east side of downtown Calgary. Driver acted as a tour guide and told us about a lot of attractions in Calgary.
We did have to make a couple of calls and ask around to figure out where to board the shuttle, and by then we had to make it last minute. Front desk person was helpful in getting us the tickets.

Inexpensive $10C, comfortable transport to Calgary Airport. Need to make reservations 24 hours in advance. Take credit cards in shuttle. Per Hotel instructions we waited in lobby for driver. After 20 minutes over scheduled time we saw driver in van across the street. He was angry at us for making him wait! Its still not clear where he expected us to be as he did not park in front of the hotel nor is the van very well marked as an airport shuttle. However, once inside, the van was clean and comfortable and drive to airport only took 15 or so minutes though our hotel was last stop.

Fantastic service. I was driven by 2 different drivers to and from the airport and they were both polite, punctual, very welcoming and had great local knowledge. As a female travelling alone for business, I was apprehensive about arriving somewhere I’d not been before at night time and flagging down a cab. This service was marginally more expensive than hailing a cab from the airport - but I was greeted at the airport and made to feel very much at ease.

From the ordering of the Town Car, to the pickup of our two Grads, we could not be happier with the service and price we got from Allied two weeks ago. The receptionist was sweet, the driver was right on time and very respectful and patient (waiting for us to take pictures) to both us and our children. Frustrated.

Give yourself PLENTY of travel time.

I made my reservation for pickup at "The Best Western" location (route B) to YYC airport and even in the comment section confirmed p/u and dropoff times.

It was raining.

I waited 15mins prior to p/u time IN FRONT of designated location. Waited 10mins past p/u time to see the shuttle come up from a random side street and pull away. At which point I called, and the dispatcher said there was nothing they could do...but wait for the next departure.

I'm at the airport now. I'll make my flight.

They forgot to assign us a driver, we had to call to figure out after we should have already left. They couldn't get us anything in a reasonable amount of time and we were on our own. We had to drive ourselves and pay for parking at the airport and was late. We booked well in advance, nothing we could have done to prevent the mishap. Beware you may miss a flight with these guys.

We arrived at Calgary airport on November 6. Our driver was fantastic. We are an older couple and I walk with a cane. He brought our bags right into the boutique hotel we were staying at. Way over and above what I would've expected. I wish my assessment of my return trip to the airport on November 10 could be as positive. The driver showed up on time. He parked some distance away from the entry to the hotel. I did signal to him on several occasions but he sat in the car. I had to go up to the car. He then forced us to bring our luggage right up to the curb near the trunk. The people at the hotel

Driver with tag number 1018, License E-50062 nearly ran me off the road (I was on a motorcycle), and then sped down Edmonton Trail at 100 kmh a couple weeks ago. Reported him to livery services, but because the driver's record is clean they aren't taking any action. So now I have to decide if I'd like to press charges myself. I might. So, maybe they'll get you where you're going at a high rate of speed, but might kill a motorcyclist in the process. Avoid!

The drivers provide good service; the operator/booking service leaves a bit to be desired (ie can't change pickup time within 1 hour of your pickup if your flight is delayed). With so many choices now in Calgary it is hard to justify the higher cost. That said, I have been overcharged by uber on several occasions so prebooking the car takes away that annoyance.

We took Allied's airport shuttle from the airport to our hotel. I was expecting a bus type of shuttle but it was merely a large van. There were 8 of us so the van was pretty full. When we were going to fly out we also took the airport shuttle. Because we were leaving early there was only 4 of us so this time we weren't crowded at all. A decent low cost way of getting to & from the airport. Better than taking a taxi which would've been more expensive. It was $15.00 per person one way.

Have you ever met a rude Canadian? No? If you'd like to, I recommend stopping by the Allied shuttle window in the Calgary International Airport. Jane, the oh so charming woman manning it, was probably one of the rudest people I've ever met, hands down. The only reason I can imagine she has a job working with the public is that she's somehow related to the person who owns Allied.

Let's start from the beginning: we were looking for a way to get to downtown Calgary and one of the nice people at the airport recommended we go to Allied. We walked over and it was 1:40. Jane was eating

Their service is pretty good. Nothing to complain about the service. Car is clean. Well somehow walking out of the airport, they were just right in front of me. So I ended up taking them. I did realized that they charge a more than their other competitor like associated or Checker.

I recently came to Calgary for the first time from the United States to visit my fiancé. It was a long flight I had a severe cold and jet leg. Inadvertently I left my wallet in the cab. I called right away and left a message and someone called me back the next morning. It's so nerve wracking to be in a strange city and lose your wallet. But the… dispatch lady in the office Karen and the manager was so very nice and accommodating that they had a driver bring me my wallet and just charge me a flat rate one way. Such great customer service that I appreciate being in the management field

Used Allied for an airport pickup a week ago and was disappointed in both the booking process and the driver.

I thought I'd use their app, problem is there's about four of them on google play any they're all very buggy. On the 3rd or 4th attempt I thought I had a booking but never received an email or text to confirm. So when I left the Customs area I figured it was a 50/50 shot whether I'd have a car waiting for me. Well woohoo I did in fact have a driver.

Now not wanting to pull the snob or entitlement card but one of the reasons I book a sedan instead of a taxi is

Unlike other people we had a really good experience. I e-mailed for a quote for a return trip from the airport to the hotel and back. Quick response and good prices. Booking by phone was painless and they sent e-mail confirmations immediately. Also e-mail reminders before each segment. They cars were large and pristine. All drivers were excellent. I would definitely recommend them and use them again on our next trip to Calgary.

Just got back from Vegas today and decided to use the allied limos.

The car used was nice and clean. The bad part about the trip is the driver. Kept checking his cell phone while driving. When we pulled up to my house he said "wait a minute" he then went on his phone to return a text.

When I asked him what he was doing he said he was texting another costumer.

After this experience I should have just taken a cab.

I have been a customer for quite some time and this morning they lost me as a customer for life. Their customer service is atrocious, and when their driver wanted to take us through rush-hour traffic when it could have very easily been avoided it was the last straw. They actually lost a good client over 17kms.

UBER will come to town and force these morons to do business properly.

I used their online booking service two weeks prior to the date I wanted to use their town car service for a party. I got a confirmation that my booking was received but I never got the response that my booking was confirmed. When I inquired about it, they told me 2 days before my booking that no driver was available.

It is Christmas party season, they should have the decency if they do not have a driver available for that night, to call or e-mail saying that they are unable to process the request.

A limousine service should be attentive and take good care of their clients that are paying a

I have used Allied for several years and have taking about 100 trips with them. They have been perfect up until today which unfortunately they dropped the ball.

I booked an airport sedan yesterday for a 5am pick-up the following morning (today). I received a call at 4:58 telling me that the driver got a flat tire and won't be able to make it. He said that a cab was called and that they should be at my place in 5-10 min.

First of all, the driver obviously got the flat beforehand, and since you can't change a tire in 10 min in a suit, shouldn't have I received the call from before

Perhaps my fault for not clearly getting the price for two stops up front. First stop was on the way to the final destination. Driver did not even get out of the car to assist the female occupant with her luggage and allowed her to shut the trunk door while he sat in the car.

We drove 5 minutes to the final destination. Cab driver charged 150% of the final fare distance for two stops. When I asked about this ridiculous charge he just pointed to the rate sheet and said that is what he could charge.

Not exactly good business practice. I have used Allied for the last time.

Talking to these guys on the phone is like talking to a caricature of a grumpy cab dispatch; surly, lazy and unhelpful. 3 calls, 3 different people and yet 3 very similar and unpleasant experiences.
