I ordered a limo from cascade for my grad the other weekend & it was a great experience! the driver was on time, got us around the city to the places we needed to go quickly, drove respectful so we didn’t spill drinks, & even put some decorations in the limo for us. no complaints! would recommend cascade to all of my friends for parties, grads, weddings, ect!

Cannot say enough about our experience with Cascade Limousines! Our driver was fun, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating. I've tried other limo services before and they mostly just focus on getting the party from A to B (nothing wrong with that) but our driver made our event more fun and memorable while still remaining professional. I highly recommend this company!

I recently had the pleasure to use the Cascade Limousine service and have the following comments to make. First, the service was very timely and efficient. Second, the driver, Tony, was very pleasant, courteous, and helpful with me getting into and out of the car right after a surgery. Third, the service was very accommodative as we had a stop to make on the way home and Tony knew exactly where to go and where to park for a speedy retail purchase as I had to pick up some post surgery medicine. Unbelievable! The driver was 40 minutes late picking up the bride and bridal party from our home! He said he got lost...he had already been there that day to drop them off after having their hair done! Later that night When the driver arrived back at the venue to pick up the bride and groom he agreed to take us (Parents and family) home to make up for the fact that he made the bride very late for her own wedding. This was his third trip to our home and guess what! He took a wrong turn again!!. I was not impressed with the company but I thought at least he made an effort to make up for this huge

Horrible horrible horrible! If you want bad customer service this is the place for you! Four phone calls, two emails, and last minute the hummer stretch went from available to suddenly unavailable (good thing it was booked under my name) Whoever this man is that answers the phone (I've heard it's the owner) needs to pay someone to do it for him. He hasn't got a clue about customer service or any sort of technology!
The worst limo company in Calgary...no make that Alberta, actually quite possibly the world! Two huge thumbs down!
