As many of you are aware, counselling offices have been part of the first stage re-opening process, as suggested by the Ford Government. After much consideration, we have made the choice to continue to use distance counselling as our main form of counselling during this time. This decision has been made with the best intentions, to not only protect our counsellors and clients, but to protect families and our frontline workers.
All of us at Be Free Counselling and Wellness are committed to ensuring each of our clients, feels comfortable, safe and supported during this difficult time. We will continue monitoring the situation and updating our bulletin with relevant office updates. If you have any questions or concerns please call 289.585.9983 or email us at reception@befreecounselling.ca.

Services
At Be Free Counselling and Wellness we believe in offering all individuals support and guidance on a humanistic level. By building a strong and trusting relationship, through mutual respect and positive communication, clients and counsellors are able to establish a safe and positive therapeutic relationship.
At Be Free Counselling & Wellness, one of the most important things we try to accomplish, is ensuring all individuals feel safe, comfortable and heard. Sometimes distance, scheduling conflicts and/or lack of transportation can make accessing counselling difficult and therefore cause feelings of discouragement or disappointment.
Group counselling, is done within the office and can either be completed in six or eight week programs. Programs are designed to enhance an individual's skills, through education and support from those around them. Led by a skilled clinician, individuals will have the opportunity to ask questions, gain information, all while learning different coping techniques, geared towards a specific topic.
All individuals are unique and experience different challenges throughout life and therefore, the therapeutic journey for every client will be different and client-centred. By guiding individuals to learn more about themselves and the challenges they may face, counsellors are able to help support clients in developing goals and personalized strategies, to encourage individual growth.
