I see lots of good reviews and I wish mine wasn't any different. I fell ignored by lack of response. I submitted on-lline request two weeks prior to my phone call. I calle to follow up on my request. I was told that the lawyer is gonna be back on Monday( a month ago). Never heard fro them. Good luck to all.

Some time ago I had 2 leases come up for renewal at once .
Do not let the urgency of the matter cloud your judgement when it comes to further negotiating on such documents .
Today most leases are stacked totally in favour of the landlord so seek advice here when it comes to the conditions.
