Candy is really important to us. We believe that candy should be fresh and delicious. Our candy is carefully curated and comes from all over the world, with a large selection coming from the UK. As a kid Nige's family owned a sweet shop and he is EXTREMELY picky about what makes it into the shop. We spend countless hours curating products to bring into the shop.

Hi we're Kathy & Nigel Prosser. A few years ago we changed the way we were thinking about life. We decided that we were tired of the craziness of the corporate world, we wanted to enjoy life more. Around the same time, this great, little, old building became available and we decided to take the plunge!

Such a cool little candy shop. Unlike anything I've ever seen to be totally honest. They carry products I didn't even know existed not to mention rare and unique treasures the whole family will enjoy. Variety, quality and quantity all under one roof. Don't take my word for it, go in for a delicious fro-yo sundae and this shop will not fail to impress. Modern day Willy Wonka dream in the flesh.

All things sweet here. Plus other Knick knacks that are unique and interesting. The reason I come here is for the chocolate, candy, chips, pop and other sweet things. The store is small but it is packed with a lot of things. During COVID only a few people in the store at a time. The store is well lit and clean. No washroom facilities. I definitely recommend this place for satisfying your sweet tooth

They also serve soft ice cream and sell candy by bulk.
Staff are wonderful and the kids love to walk over to this little shop located right on 112 ave and 65 street.
There are seats outside the shop to take in and enjoy your ice cream or the views of scenic and mature neighborhood embraced by bountiful foliage and trees.

What a fantastic find. I have been here to load up on candy and chocolate more than once now. Pictured are two of my favourites that you just aren’t going to find at your average corner store. Tons of unique gift ideas and a friendly staff to help find whatever you are looking for. Bulk candy is measured and weighed by the staff to keep you safe and germ free😍

Its still my top stop for sweets and treats. They knocked it out of the park for the Harry Potter event held early this summer. A truly super effort, having made specialty wrapped "authentic" treats from the Potter books! And a live Quiddich game along with photo ops entering 9 3/4 platform...just the best folks with a pretty unique shop. Introduced Foothills Creamery Ice cream soft serve which they have created into numerous memorable, scrumptious "sundaes" decorated with a variety of their sweets . Sure you can have a cone, but live a little!! Delicious! I have yet to find

I made a purposeful visit to this store after following them on Facebook for a while and seeing all the unique goodies they import. This store doesn't disappoint if you're looking for specialty candies, chocolates and drinks from other countries or from your childhood. I was hoping for jelly tots but they were sold out. In the end I left with a few different gummy candies and a couple chocolate bars and a rootbeer float. Price point is higher than other candy places but to be expected since they import almost all their edible goods. Service was friendly from the lady owner but it wasn

Nigel is a great store owner...he will help you find that hard to find candy especially the ones from Britain and France. It is a fun place to snoop...lots of old fashion toys and local goods. Also ice cream is so great! Love the Foothills creamery...they even have some tables set outside to enjoy your treats. Ice cream does melt quickly so don't try to take this stuff home.

Stopped with the kids here on a trip to Rundle Park. We assumed it would be family friendly n such. As much as ice cream is loved by all kids - it's usually ice cream that isn't half melted as you walk out the door. Also - the shop is tiny and they have it jam-packed full with a ton of breakables! It was nearly impossible to get in the door with more than one kid! They didn't think of having more than two people in that place let alone kids who want to grab everything!

Nigel is a great friendly guy. He makes an effort to know his customers.
They have a wide selection of oddball and imported candies and makes an effort to get in specific things when asked.
They also carry all sorts of doo-dads and gee-gaws and whatnots that make great unique gifts.
The only flaw is that the candy is too good, and never lasts long in our house.
