My partner had a horrible experience at this jeweler. He went in to Rutledge to eye out some engagement rings. He went in 45 minutes before their advertised closing when an employee rudely said "cutting it a little close to closing time arent ya" which did not make him feel comfortable or welcome. My partner proceeded to tell the employee his budget, looked at a few rings and when he pointed to one and said "that one is nice!" the employee responded "HA! You cant afford that one". I'm sorry, but when one is about to spend $10,000 in one visit, this treatment / customer service is completely unacceptable

I've used Rutledge Jewellers many times before. Most recently, Laura helped me find the perfect engagement ring. She was so knowledgeable and understanding in helping me find the perfect ring. I knew nothing going in, she was able to explain the different types of cuts, rings, and many other options. Her professionalism and attention to detail is incredible!

Very incredible first time experience. I had never been in there store before and our situation was difficult and delicate. I was having repairs and a purchase that was very hard. They were compassionate and kind and very giving and I cant thank them enough. We would recommend them on all accounts and pass long how wonderful they are. Thank you Scott for everything.

This jewelry store is amazing! They have a great selection of jewelry and the customer service is exceptional. My family and I have purchased several pieces of jewelry from here, including the gorgeous engagement ring my fiancé recently surprised me with! We also get cleaning, repairs and appraisals done here too. Fantastic store and staff.

Liliana worked closely with my mother to surprise me with this beautiful vintage ring! It’s absolutely wonderful and I’m so grateful for the excellent customer service I received when I went it to have it sized with her. I needed to go up a whole 2 sizes! The Goldsmith did a FANTASTIC job of making it completely seamless and you’d never guess it was originally a 7.5!

I first came here to have my engagement ring sized (which was not purchased from Rutledge as my husband and I didn't know about them at the time!) and from the second I called, their customer service was beyond amazing. We ended up buying our wedding bands from here when we were getting married, and again - stellar customer service. Scott was so patient and kind while we took what felt like an eternity trying on every band in the store to make sure we found the perfect ones.
