Called Mr. Monforton's office recently to inquire about a legal matter that I am currently dealing with. When I phoned Monforton Law I received a recorded message instructing callers to leave their contact information and the call would be returned. I was quite impressed with a return call from Mr. Monforton's office approximately 1/2 hour later. I spoke with a very pleasant and knowledgable employee responsible for the initial intake of clients for a short time where relevant explanations, processes and procedures were given. Even though we haven't opted to proceed with my potential case, I was very satisfied with the way Sarah followed up with me regularly. She always checked in with me when she said she would, in order to check on the status of my injuries.
