We had wonderful service at RCL and would highly recommend them. We were traveling back from Ottawa when our car broke down outside of Smith Falls. It was after hours and we called CAA and had the car towed to RCL on the recommendation of the taxi driver that brought us back to town. We booked a hotel for the night in hopes RCL could help us in the morning. They had a look at the car first thing after they opened and we were on our way home a couple of hours later. They were so helpful knowing we had a young toddler and needed to get home. We were pleasantly surprised that they could fix it so

I've been going to Chris, Ernie, Leigh and the gang at RCL since they opened. They never gouge me on the price and always give straight answers. The work is excellent. In all the years of getting my vehicles fixed by RCL never once have I had a problem with the repair or maintenance they did. Fair prices and great people!
