She recommends light exercises.
But the best is , that she works from head to toe , not the sore area only.
She asks many questions and encourage me to talk about all the problem areas.

I needed some quick relief for frozen shoulder pain and arm movement limitation. My appointment was booked within a day and the Osteotherapist treatment was fabulous. She was detailed with her history taking and was able to treat my shoulder and give me significant pain relief and improved range of motion with one treatment.
We discussed some chronic issues I have with my lower back and additional menopausal symptoms and Carole tunnel flair ups. We worked on a plan for home exercises and I suggested continued osteo-treatments and additional massage therapy.

I got a massage there a few months ago since I'm a cancer survivor I get a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders The woman there did a great job with my massage is just that it cost way too much money there's other places that will do it for way cheaper. And they don't accept insurance.
