Technician was pleasant, professional and very helpful. The technician didn't once even come close to sounding like he was mansplaining to me - he treated me respectfully, explained things well and wasn't trying to "dumb it down". It was hands down the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a professional tradesperson and I will recommend Academy Mechanical to everyone! He did fantastic work, didn't take any steps without explaining to me and was very visibly concerned about working safely. Very impressed!

Jason and Sean were professional during the entire process of our new furnace installation. I had some questions about the sound from the new furnace and Jason was back the next day to seal the return duct and change the pad for the humidifier. The pad replacement was a secondary request from me at the last minute and it was no problem at all for them to do it.
I appreciated Oliver's knowledge and patience with all the questions I put forward during the quote process.

We had our furnace replaced in May 2019 by Academy Mechanical Services Inc. Our furnace was 24 years old and we decided to replace it rather than it breaking down. The installation was done on the date they booked us and they left no mess and explained everything. It looks great and runs very quietly. We are very happy with the furnace, installer and Academy. They also replaced the furnaces in our garages and we are very happy with them. Great people and great company

Academy came in with the cheapest quote for my new furnace and hot water tank. They worked diligently and answered any questions I had. While they were in my home they even helped me fix my faucet. I had an extra hot water tank in my garage that I had no use for and they took it away with them for me as well. Highly recommend.

If you are expecting a timely estimate from this company regarding a furnace replacement. I would encourage you to consider getting it from another company. It took them approx. 10 days to send a written estimate by email. We were getting other estimates at the time and those companies were able to give a estimate the same day or within 1-2 buisness days.
