Friendly counter service personnel, no up-selling, has a cute cat named Frank and fast service. Unfortunately, their supplier messed up 1 of my 4 winter tire sizes so I have to come back and forth between Cambridge to Guelph. But, They are extremely helpful to fix the problem and promised to give me a discount for the next tires I'm gonna buy.

appointment for install, in and out no issues at all. Came back two days later to have wheels retorqued as spec's require. Great price on Quality Tires and Great Service , will be back... {Would Highly Recommend them.}

Just purchased tires from Ted's and I have to say this was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time ! Travis was very knowledgable and guided me in choosing what I needed (absolutely no pressure and super nice to deal with) and Curtis and the installer couldn't have been more welcoming (and fast !) when I went in for installation. I would highly recommend this establishment for all your tire needs.

If you’re looking for a shop that not only knows tires and has an incredible selection, but also will go above and beyond for their clients, then Ted’s Tire is THE place to go in the Royal City…highly recommend this tire business and especially Travis who was extraordinarily helpful to us in dealing with a set of Yokohama tires. We cannot say enough great things about Ted’s Tires - 5++++ stars. Even though we live west of Kitchener we will make the trek to Ted’s for our tire needs.

My truck dealership advised I had a piece of metal in my tire and it was unrepairable. Wanted to price out a new tire and advised it would be best to purchase a second tire for the other side to keep things in balance???
Told them to put air in the tire and I literally drove across the road to Ted's. In 2 minutes they has my truck on the hoist and another minute later they brought the sliver of metal to me. Advised they would put a plug in the tire and I would be good to go. $46 vs $300+, you do the math. Friendly knowledgeable service, Ted's will get all my future business.

I had a fantastic experience with Ted's Tire Discounter. It started with a great web experience from being able to drill down to specific tire options, to booking a service and communicating my needs. This was followed up with some email correspondence with Kurt which was all timely and meeting Travis on my scheduled service day. Honestly the whole process and team was highly professional. I got recommended some great tires that are coincidentally over 30 bucks cheaper than the same tire at Canadian Tire which I didn't even realize until I just checked. Great shop with a great team. Had 4 new all season Michelin’s installed today. Bonus is that Michelin is offering a $70 rebate when you purchase 4 tires. A huge shout out to the great staff too. Having travelled to the opposite end of town afterwards, a strange noise could be heard from the rear tire area. Not feeling too good about it I called back at 10 minutes before closing, and the amazing staff and their awesome boss Frank had me come back in to have it checked out. Great service and peace of mind! Thank you!

After suffering a bent rim due to Guelph's pot holes, the Ted's Tire team exceed all expectations. They were courteous on the phone; He laid out the potential of a damaged tire and the day's lead-time to get a replacement; They remounted the front tire, tested it & balanced it; removed my two front snows (put on temporarily when I got the flat);… reinstalled the two all-season rims; pressure tested four tire; torqued all four (I did my own winter tire swap during COVID closure). All this done in 25 minutes!! The crew at the back were courteous; the shop clean; my car smudge free! The

Over the years, my wife and I have purchased tires and rims from this place and we have had our tires changed and services at this place as we like to shop local. However they hosed me this week. I needed 4 lock nuts taken off my wheels, 1 per tire. It took them about 30 seconds to do and they charged me almost 80$. They didn't change the tires. I… didn't buy anything. They simply removed 4 wheel nuts. After speaking to the manager he wouldn't do anything on the price.
