While the people here are kind and try to help, the actual service was much less desirable. I called in and asked if they had a set of tires and a same day apt to have them installed. They told me they had a set of Bridgestone tires with 80% tread, and that I could come in for 5pm. I asked if we'd for sure be out of there by 530pm because we had a 7 hour drive to do after the tires were changed, the lady said no problem. Just before 7pm (over an hour after they had taken the car into the garage) they told me the tires they told me they had, didn't exist but they have other ones at 60%. Unfortunately

Riyaz was recommended by another service outlet in the area when we needed some emergency repair to two snow tires before our daughter headed back to Toronto. He was insanely busy on a Saturday afternoon during snow tire swap season, but graciously took the vehicle to have a look and made the repairs at a very reasonable cost. We will not hesitate to give Riyaz our business again should the need arise. We sent our daughter off knowing she was safe and for that we are very appreciative.

Friendly owner but what good is that when the staff are reckless! Drove my car right into another customers vehicle! Watch for damages here! As reported by others, the pricing seems to change once you hit the office!
Also, my tire was flat as a pancake the morning after my appointment! Luckily I work at an auto place and took care of it when I got to work! Bad experience overall! Won’t return! Too much stress for a tire change in my opinion.
