I needed new winter tires. After a couple of emails to Trish at Cambridge Tire, I not only got new tires, but new rims as well. I had never been here before but I was nothing but impressed. The service was prompt, the staff were friendly and the job was completed without any fuss at all.
While I sat and waited, it was obvious that there are a LOT of repeat customers, most known by their first names. One woman had phoned to say that she was caught in traffic and would be late for her appointment (it was close to closing time) She was told to come and not worry, and also to be careful and not speed

Where do I even get started? From the moment I sat down in the waiting room until the moment I left, I couldn’t help but notice how well they treated all of their customers and how well the staff works together as a team from front end all the way to the technicians. Their phones were ringing off the hook and customers kept coming in, yet they were organized and worked efficiently. They made jokes with their customers, were super friendly, informative and helpful. They squeezed me in today for a tire patch even though they were so busy. Turns out the tire didn’t have to be patched. As a woman
