Group Dance Classes provide you with the opportunity to meet other students with similar dancing needs. Group dance classes are a necessary part of instruction as you'll find them helpful to your continued progress. Singles or couples welcome. If you don't have a partner, we'll do our best to find a single person to dance with you with similar dancing needs.

Dance classes in Calgary, DC is Born out of passion and dreams DC Dance Club dedicates itself in providing the best experience in personalized Latin, Ballroom, Swing, HipHop, Breakdance, Country dance instruction in Calgary. We've dreamed of creating the perfect place to dance, a place that would be more than just a Calgary dance studio.
It was hard for her to think of never walking again and we talked about all the things she wished she'd done while she could. One of those things was dancing. With the chances of my having the disease being quite high, I'd decided in that moment that I wanted to do all the things she wishedshe'd done.
DC Dance Club was founded in 1986 by Miro Bartosz and celebrated their 30 year anniversary in 2016. We offer some great wedding specials and choreography for your first wedding dance along with the bride and groom, they often do wedding parties, father and bride, mother and groom as well as stagettes and wedding showers.

This dance club is so great for classes and social dancing the nights that we have spent social dancing with my husband makes a great date night. The people are super friendly and the bar is great to have a drink and a dance. Especially love the Saturday and Sunday evenings. 😁😃 It was a great experience!

I have zero dance experience and started taking dance lessons with Angela a few months ago - during the covid pandemic. My experience has been amazing. Angela has such passion for dance and a beautiful positive personality. It is a genuine pleasure to work with her. DC Dance Club has a welcoming, relaxed vibe, and many options for all different types of dance lessons and group sessions. And its fun. So do it!!

I love the ambiance of the DC ballroom. I love the glamour that DC staff put into all special events, turning an already beautiful ballroom into an almost magical setting. The teachers are knowledgeable and friendly for classes or private lessons. DC is my oasis from the world on Saturday nights, where its just me, a partner, and the dance.

What a great way to ring in the New Year and New decade!!! Attended the New Years Eve
Gala at DC Dance studio on New Years Eve.
From the decorations,along with the attention to detail in hosting such a function...you would be hard pressed to find such a beautiful venue. Truly a hidden gem!!!!
The prime rib and meal that was served was second to none. That along with the violinist during the meal added to the ambiance and mood for the occasion.
Overall the evening was fantastic and we had a GREAT TIME!!! My thanks go out to Carol and Miro for hosting such a great event. The friendship

I had so much fun at my 60th Birthday 'Surprise' Party!
Carol, Miro and Tyler you are awesome! You three professionals wore many 'hats' that evening and with my favorite dedicated friends/volunteers Pat, Denise, Maureen etc you pulled off a last minute party, requested by my wonderful son, and you succeeded in every way imaginable.
The saxophonist during cocktails and dinner was a hit!
The dinner was delicious. As always! The decor and table settings were impressive. The variety of music kept everyone dancing all evening in the beautiful ballroom
