Established in 2005, Soul To Sole Dance Company Ltd. is one of the most acclaimed dance studios in SE Calgary. At our studio, we aim to encourage creativity, individuality, self-expression and a love of dance. Located in the City of Calgary, Soul To Sole Dance Company Ltd. is one of the city's most comprehensive dance facilities.
Katherine loves to teach dance to children of all ages and abilities and this is her thirteenth year of sharing the love of Ballet with her students. As a dancer, Katherine trained at the International School of Ballet, McDonald Wilson Dance Academy and Alberta Ballet.
In 2010, she graduated from Mount Royal University with a degree in Psychology and began working as a child aide for children with special needs as part of a Specialized Services Team.Katherine completed the Royal Academy of Dance Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies in 2012 and is a registered teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance.

My daughter danced happliy at another studio for 10 years. Through a lot of research we found Soul To Sole and it has been a great fit from the start. All of my inquiries were addressed immediately and my daughter was allowed to attend classes to see what she thought. I was impressed by how students and teachers welcomed her immediately and made her feel like she belonged.

Sessional classes allow you to experience some fun and exciting dance lessons without the year-long commitment. View the classes we have on offer during fall below. This class is a great introduction to dance, movement and music for young children ages 1-3 and their parents and allows them an opportunity to bond while being active and having fun in a positive and nurturing environment.

I have been apart of the Soul to Sole Dance community for 14 years now, and have had nothing but amazing experiences. The faculty is super supportive and understanding towards all students. They provide many extraordinary opportunities for all their students; ensuring they allow for everyone to have best experience at this studio. They are a very professional, highly qualified and overall, good quality business.

My daughter has been dancing at Soul to Sole for a couple of years now, and we both absolutely love it there. Teachers are top notch, studio is clean, classes are professional, and most importantly of all, my daughter feels safe and comfortable there! (She's a bit of a shy kid). Would highly recommend!

My daughter has been dancing at STS for 9 years. They have highly qualified dance instructors who engage their students. STS fees are very reasonable. My daughter has joined their competitive program and they have been highly successful at competitions. We love their small studio family base environment and have enjoyed all their recitals and events. Please consider them.

Our entire family has been dancing here for over 10 years. They offer dance for 1 to adults.They are an absolute outstanding dance studio. With highly trained and skilled professionals dance teachers, dancers are trained, engaged and encouraged to be a part of a wonderful team. They have very competitive rates and very curtious and helpful office staff, I highly recommend STS.
