Omg Nails & Spa

I got my nail fill and after one day it started breaking, girl didn’t even ask me if i like my nails or no, i ask for coffen shape and she made square. Over the phone price was 50$ but when i paid girl charged 55$. Terrible service. Never going again

Was charged $100 for these awful nails that all cracked & broke off within 6 hours of having them done. When questioned about the price being so high lady just made excuses, worst experience ever & so over priced

If I can give this place 0 stars I would they’re so unprofessional, rude, and overpriced only went here cuz it’s in the mall worst mistake ever they kept speaking in the language and keep adding $5 every few minutes for no reason they try to tell me the shape of the nail is $5 never in my live have I heard of that nails starting coming over within the second day I didn’t even get what I asked for I highly Do Not recommend this place please go anywhere else.

They charged more than the prices on their website. The mani-pedi was rushed and they didn’t seem to know what they were doing or maybe care. I wanted clear polish on my nails and they just didn’t put nail polish on at all and the technician doing my eyelashes was texting and taking calls the whole time. A very poor experience all around.

My two girls went in all excited with their own money. The nails where falling off within a day! The shaping was awful. It’s was way over priced for the quality and customer service was AWFUL! They went back to have the nails that just fell off fixed, they didn’t match the nail colour and charged them $7 a finger for the repair! So by day 6 most of the nails fell off at this point, and not wanting to pay $7 a nail they decide to remove the reminder and they came off clean like stickers with minimum effort. I have had trainees work on my nails, I have had not great jobs but never had a place

Can't speak for nails but not great for waxing. The shape of my brows was fine but she dropped wax in my eyelash and was trying to cut it out with scissors. Didn't really seem too bothered by it, just said to wash my eye with lots of water until it came out. Then she was pulling on the wax and felt like she was going to pull out my eyelashes. Took forever to get it out and still made me pay full price.

My sister, Mother and I made an appointment for three manicures this morning at 10:15am. The manager and another employee didn't arrive to the store to open it until 10:35am. They bounced between the three of us, which was fine. My sister and I received shellac and then after the colour was applied we had a pariffian wax treatment on our hands. Both of our nails turned out nicely. They gave our mother the wax treatment as well, but before applying her polish. Which we thought was strange, but we just went with it. She had her nails drying under the fan for 15 minutes while my sister and I paid

I just wanted to give a big thanks for an amazing time. Our daughter was unable to have a party this year due to COVID so we decided to have a spa day as a family.The staff were very friendly and did an awesome job on all our services. Kids nails looked fantastic. The little extras were very thoughtful and my daughter had the best birthday 🎂 ever

I got a new set and no one told me a price u too half way through. Wherr she decided to inform me that for a new set it is $78 ?!?! This is the most expensive new gel set I’ve ever paid for. Also half way through she made me go to an ATM to pull out cash which seems a bit odd considering that they have an atm machine in the store. The new set it bumpy and when she was buffing the nails it cut me and she proceeded to apologize and then keep painting my nails with the blood there. So it makes me wonder how clean this Salon actually is. So if you want to go anywhere else other than here. I highly
