In 2017, Bill 215 Traffic Safety (Tow Trucks) Amendment Act was introduced by Grande Prairie-Wapiti MLA Wayne Drysdale. The objective of this bill was to allow tow truck operators to install blue and white warning lights onto their towing units as an effort to make towing operations safer. The blue and white beacons improve the overall safety level by making tow trucks more visible as they perform towing operations on Albertas highways.

Nothing but great things to say about these guys, I was stuck in Edmonton this morning after traveling all night from work in BC, I was tired and cranky and frustrated because someone slashed my tire !! I called these guys and they were very professional from the start, it didn't take long for kevin to show up and he was super pleasant the second… he jumped out of his truck, He did an awesome job and was very quick and professional, by the time he left I was in a much better mood and was so grateful for all his help!! keep up the great work guys, and although I hope I don't need your services

On October 29th at 424pm I received a text saying 30 min for action towing to arrive for a boost and unlock 30 minutes later I get a call from the driver saying he will be at my location in 30 minutes. I let the driver know I had to pick up my children at daycare soon. At 525 he arrives unlocked my car and brought a booster case. The car wouldn'… t start lights went on and turned over He said he needed to charge his booster for 5 min and he will try again. Still didn't start his recommendation was that I leave my car door open and call the company tomorrow for a tow. Its was 550pm and I

Very Rude, disrepectful driver. Called for flat tire service,as soon as he arrived and started asking me if i know how to change a tire. I was like no. I don't know what happened to him all the sudden he started yelling at me ,strated using abusive language and started showing me fingures and also told me go get a help now , called the company and this lady is not even sorry about it and telling me that their drivers are trained for 10 years this and that , Wow what a bunch of loosers they are .

Don was very helpful - he took a look at the problem with my car and it turned out to be a broken ball joint. He provided a couple recommendations of shops that could do the repairs and drove my car to the mechanic in a very safe manner. Would recommend.

Do not use this towing company at all costs. They had tried scamming my son's credit card before they towed. Very sketchy ! Overcharged my teenage son who was stranded with car problems and took advantage . I had used these guys couple years ago and their prices are outrageous.
They charge whatever they want and take advantage of people who need tows. I reviewed on the facebook page but apparently they are so legit that they delete all bad reviews. AVOID if you dont want to be SCAMMED !!

During the -40 weather my car battery had died and I needed to get my car towed to a service center to get it fixed. I called Action Towing and the lady I spoke to said they could have someone come by to tow the next day between 1-3pm so I booked a service appointment for that same day for 330pm. The next day when I was prepared for the tow truck I get a call from them saying they were going to send someone at 10am. When I mentioned the lady I spoke to the day before the guy said that they don't make appointments... I told them I could not change my service appointment due to just about everyone

When my car had the unfortunate of not being able to start, and now in need of a tow truck. I called the first ad google provided me for towing service. After calling three times and having no response. I called Action Towing, they picked up the first time, told me they would arrive in 40 minutes. And so in 40 minutes Sam arrived in this incredible Towing Beast, it was a fully modified Ram 5500 with a crane in the bed rated to carry I believe Sam (the truck operator) said was 14 tons.
