We are happy that you and your family will be part of our Child Care Centre. We are licensed by the Ministry of Education and we provide care for children ranging from 3 months to 12 years. There is a capacity of 117 children divided into four age groups. A caring, nurturing environment where staff, children, and parents build an on going relation-ship of open communication and accountability.
The Art Studio provides many art mediums, which include paints, pastels, charcoal pencils, watercolours, and so many other wonderful materials. Trained Early Childhood Education professionals trained in child development, child psychology, curriculum and planning, and other areas. Our infant program starts at 3 months through 18 months old.

Services
At Zoe's TYCC there is a standard of excellence fostered by professional Early Childhood Educators who bring to their classroom an abundance of experience, skills, and commitment to an innovative education. Each of our educators have training and or a diploma as an Early Childhood Educator. We are also all CPR First Aid and Epi-pen certified.
To ensure a safe and secure setting where each child will be able to explore freely his/her environment. To encourage artistic and aesthetic development through multimedia materials and representations. To nurture social, emotional, intellectual, spiritual and artistic development in each child. To stimulate in each child an increasing awareness of him/herself and the surrounding world.
Zoe's Tender Years Child Care believes that nutrition is essential to fuel optimal growth and development for kids to reach their full potential. We have a chef in house who makes our lunches and snacks from scratch, using fresh ingredients sourced locally whenever possible. Our chef, along with 3 other staff members have all completed their Food Handler training course which meets the requirements of the Ministry of Health.
Our infant program starts at 3 months through 18 months old. We offer a warm, nurturing, and responsive environment for infants. The teacher to child ratio is 1:3 and our classroom is licensed for 6 infants maximum at a time. Our toddler program starts as early as 16 months to 2.5 years old with a teacher to child ratio of 1:5 and the classroom is licensed for a maximum of 15 children at a time.
Daycare is a place where you can keep your baby with peace in your mind when you are working in your office for the better future of your child. We promise to take care of your child's social, emotional, intellectual and physical needs with sensitive care and we also ensure you their security with our life.

Critical: Professionalism, Value
Every time I walked in to get my daughter the employees were on their phones. If I wanted just a babysitter that did nothing I would have just hired a teenager. They do have cameras you can watch, we did. Our daughter would sometimes sit by herself ALL DAY. Since leaving this place for kindergarten she’s pulled a complete 180.

Where do I begin on how amazing Zoe’s Tender Years is?
Zoe’s Tender Years employs staff that are incredibly kind, generous, loving and genuinely invested in each and every child. The environment is positive, warm and overall such a healthy place for a child to learn and grow. The communication I had as a first time parent leaving my little one was phenomenal. The daycare director (Stephanie) never made me feel like I was a bother even though I know my insane calling and e-mailing must’ve driven her up the walls. The ECE workers are all fantastic, have such wonderful, inviting personalities
