Bought an Explorer there over a year ago.
Just got my third scheduled oil change.
Had a PTU oil leak problem serviced twice by a Ford dealer on warrenty. It still leak's and now this Ford dealer says it's out of warranty! So the blame game starts.#@$%
Shane service manager at car Canada was super helpful in shifting the blame back on dealer for faulty parts or poor workmanship. Will update results shortly.
Shot out to Kyle who made a smooth oil change and coordinate some evidence gathering.

Edit ***Service Department not upto the task.. I Book An Appointment for 2pm for a simple oil change.. by 2:50 my car was still sitting there.. I asked for the keys and left.. why make an appointment just to park it in the back!!*** -2 Stars
****Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.. I am stunned by the lack of morals and responsibility on display.****

Strange conversation. I asked about if it was a good time to come in, as it was within an hour of closing and I wanted to be considerate. The guy just said they didn't have much inventory, or cars on the lot. He asked me what type of car I wanted, I told him and he just said there were none there of that type. That was it. Not sure if maybe he just wanted to get home? It was weird.

After having a not so great experience at Capital Dodge for some warranty work I contacted Car Canada, specifically Carolyn, to take a look and see if they could find the issue and they did. I had a coolant leak for over 2 months that was unable to be found through Capital dodge, Carolyn had it found and fixed right away. she was fantastic to work with, very helpful, very polite and made the experience stress free. I cant thank her enough and i would strongly recommend contacting her for anything! I will most definitely be continuing to take my wrangler there for any maintenance.

I cannot speak for the quality of the vehicle yet, we have just picked it up and that is a long-term evaluation. This is basee on the buying experience. We have never bought a vehicle here and drove from Kingston to do so. Initial contact through email was very courteous and professional, I had some questions prior to making the 90min drive. Upon arrival, salesperson Aaron was very easy to talk to and it was a pleasant experience. Not that there was negotiation going on however the few minor request I had were met. No issues to report whatsoever. The vehicle was ready in a couple of days

Just got a great deal on a used truck here! My first vehicle actually, which is exciting. The experience of shopping for and purchasing a vehicle for the first time left me feeling timid, ofcourse, but Anthony and Nick did a tremendous job at making my experience comfortable, easy to understand and fun. Unfortunately I was dealing with a dishonest salesman. He was trying to push one particular car on me, and said that this was the only car (from hundreds if not more) that I was approved for. No doubt he was being offered a bonus for moving that vehicle. Went to Nissan on hunt club and had a great experience. Would not recommend

The client care at Car Canada is incredible. With one visit to the dealership not only did I get a fantastic car, the entire shopping experience was great. The finance manager, the sales team, and the dealership managers are all very helpful and made the experience of buying a car so comfortable, it was like being with a group of friends hanging out and having fun. I will definitely be sending everyone I know to them for car purchases.

Extremely poor customer service skills, One person tells you one thing, another person tells you something different...had difficulty getting deposit back and was told whenever the owner comes in and we don't know when that will be so we call you ..... buy a car anywhere but from here! Business's who don't recognize that the customer should be their first priority don't belong to stay in business, being in sales takes a people person....clearly Car Canada needs to realize this.

I recently purchased a new vehicle here. It was the first time I ever set foot in their showroom - I regret that it took me so long to come here. I've bought a number of previous vehicles but never was I greeted so warmly nor treated so professionally. From the warm greeting at reception when I first walked in, to spending time with Don and Jeffrey both trying to find me the right vehicle. They were very patient, answered all my questions, gave me plenty of options and didn't try any high pressure sales tactics at all. I should have read the non-recommendations on here before I came to purchase here at Celebrity Chrysler - Car Canada. I too was told I would get my $1000 back and now I am sitting here and they say no they gave it back to me in the contract.
I was told I was getting $21,000 in my trade and they now say it wasn't worth that so they added it to the price.
All that has been said previously here is true. They rush you through the signing and then say you knew about everything! Dishonesty and swindling is what they are here at this dealership!
Very disappointing.
