Came here often and had no issues. Got uncooked pizza, called and was told sorry we will do better next time. So we started to cook the pizza on our own. Then opened the burger and it was uncooked. Called and was given attitude but said they would make more. They called us back and wanted us to bring all the food back to make sure we aren't "scamming them". Never received bad service like this before.

Had no problem with food but the cashier was very rude. We were not aware the restaurant closes at 9pm (because it was the weekend and the restaurant was connected to the bar) and we placed an order 20 min before closing. They said we could still place the order and they are alright with it so we placed the order. When we went to pick our order I kindly apologize for the inconvenience and the cashier just said “uh no” and proceeded to slam the debit machine on the table. Like if you’re going to give me an attitude then you should have not taken my order in the first place. I’m happy to

Used to love coming here for a nice chicken finger poutine with my friends without any problem. Food used to be quick and good. Now you wait hours for a BBQ chicken pizza and they forget to put on BBQ sauce. Service is super slow, not to mention they always forget to put out cutlery and napkins. Bar is stating to become a joke.

When I entered and stood waiting for the owner and her server to acknowledge me at the bar they carried on with their conversation... I interjected and asked for a menu and was regarded with annoyed compliance... then ignored me again for 5 mins. I approached and again she was annoyed to be asked if they offered table service. It was not busy, and they need serious customer service coaching. Not even a drink. Go elsewhere is my 2 cents.
