After two hours, I had to stop the nail technician and leave mid manicure. I booked an appointment for mani-pedi but had to wait an hour. Three White women who came in after I had arrived, two of whom didn’t have appointments, were served before me. Very friendly staff. Always greeted with a warm smile and prompt service. I am not going to continue attending because I am very concerned about the level of cleanliness. The pedicure tubs are not thoroughly scrubbed (I witnessed a quick spray and quick once-over with a brush). The manicure station is covered in nail dust, and the nail dryers have gels, glues and dust in them. They are disgusting. It is too bad, because I like the location, prices and people. However, cleanliness, especially during a pandemic, is non-negotiable for me.

I was very disappointed with my end results. I had booked an appointment for acrylic nails and when I arrived I was not asked what kind of services I had booked and when I was finally called up to take a seat I was taken to the pedicure bathtubs which was not part of my appointment. When I told one of the employees that my appointment was just supposed to be acrylic nails she was totally confused and had no idea what I was talking about. The final results of my acrylic set are uneven, lumpy, crooked, and even had air bubbles in the polish. She tried to cover up the air bubbles with a clear topcoat

I have been going to TJ NAILS for several years. I love their service. Get a pedicure and free back message. It’s awesome. I get my nails filled every 3-4 weeks. I get compliments all the time. Thanks girls. Your the best.

Very nice people but they just don’t do a good job. I went a few times for acrylic and then fills and they just weren’t consistent. The acrylic was really thick at the base of the nail and lumpy. The shapes weren’t consistent between nails and some were slanted. The tips wouldn’t be painted or would be half painted, half not. I thought maybe it was just the tech I had so I tried a few times but it just wasn’t good, may have something to do with lack of lighting

Disappointed with the final results. Asked the nail tech to do a reasonable length acrylic but she made them shorter than the nail that I came in with. My end product was extremely wide and thick and had dents throughout the paint job. There was paint on both my cuticles and in random spots on my finger. Once she had left a new tech named Lisa kindly filed and fixed my nails. Lisa was the highlight of my visit.

My first experience at this salon was horrible! I spent 4 hours waiting before I was even asked what services I wanted. once they noticed me and my two friends leaving the store suddenly they had the space for us and wanted us to stay. they only took my two friends up leaving me behind. my friends instantly had fake nails glued to their hands and we were all left unattended for about another 30-45 mins.

Really cute little salon at Crowfoot. My nail tech Tina is amazing! Very friendly, talented and I never get lifting. She makes sure they are thin and natural looking. Ask for Tina if you want nails done right!

Clean and excellent value. Staff was super friendly and did a great job!

My first impression was wow, I thought it was a hole in the wall. Way bigger than it looks from the outside. Another room in the back that has 6 chairs for a groups of people for privacy for pedicure. Very clean and professional. Don't go with the directions on Yelp, it is wrong. Closer to Nosehill.

Went here Dec 4 and was pretty disappointed in my shellac manicure and pedicure.
The pedicure was good but there was nail polish left on the skin that I didn't notice til I got home
The manicure tho. ..it was pretty bad. I picked a light pink color and he put 5 coats of shellac on which it quite a lot. It didn't seem a great quality of polish IMO.
I was disappointed when I left because he didn't use the little "pick" to get under my nails and there was a buildup of shavings from the nail file that were left there. Also, I had to ask for him to separate the Polish from

I'm managed to get a last minute appointment when my usual place couldn't do a walk in. This was a nice and clean place. It smelled pleasant and I saw the ladies clean up their areas between appointments-major points!
The lady that did my nails spent a ton of time on them and really took care of my problem cuticles. I had a shellac manicure and their colour selection is insane! It was $35 before tip but I was there for at least 45 minutes and my nails look fab:)

I just wanted to say I had a great experience getting my nails done at this salon. However, when I went to go get my UV nails taken off, it was the worst experience ever. I got a manicure on top in order to keep my nails healthy as possible. However, the lady filed my nails down so much that after all of my real nails broke. They were unevenly filed and can still the scratches on my nails. I'm not sure how their other services were, but I for sure will not go back here again. I am so unhappy with my nails at them moment, they are the unhealthiest as they ever been.

Best thing about this salon are the people who work there. I felt like they genuinely cared about what I wanted and they were really patient while I decided.

The salon itself was very clean.

I was really happy with the way they took care not to cut or burn or over file my fingers. They were very gentle.

The nails themselves look really good although I'm finding they are a bit soft and already have some wear at the edges two days after being done.

They had a pretty good variety of colours but could get some of the changing colour ones.

Best pedicure I have had in a long time. The staff was super nice and chatty. Reasonable prices too! I would definitely go back!
