They took out 6 months of insurance payments.in one shot. Been using monthly direct withdrawals for about 30 years. Had to go to my bank and stop payment. Cost me about 2 hours of my time, about an 80km round trip and was offered NO compensation. Good thing I already had the day off or it would have cost me 1/2 days pay as well. Only offered an apology for the screw up. I will be shopping for a new insurance agent in the future.
