We are a little "old fashioned", and we happen to think that's a good thing. Our business has operated in the same small town for over 65 years, treating customers like friends and trying hard to do all of the little things right.
We aren't fancy but we have a well stocked store that's staffed by family and friends who understand the products that we sell. Our service team is made up of a great group of technicians who have worked with us for years. These guys are factory trained at the highest levels in their field and are known industry wide to be among the best in the business.

Our commitment to service is the cornerstone to our success. We are proud of our history and often reflect on our service record that not only put us on the map, but has kept us there for over sixty five years. With a number of second and even third generation customers, it's very rewarding to reflect back on the friendships and relationships that we've developed over the years through maintaining people's boats.
Accessories aren't a sideline at Proctor Marine. Our Accessory Shop staff is dedicated to accessories and nothing else. We are known province-wide for excellent selection, great prices and amazing customer service. We offer many leading brands of marine products, with particular focus on those products that have proven themselves to us over time.

If you are looking for gold star service, come here. They provide the time for you to ask all of your questions so you feel confident in your purchase. Boat was ready early so we could get it out on the water for the weekend. The team was kind, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. They even had treats for the dogs (that's worth 6 stars!). My family and I are new to the boating world! We met Doug in the fall and he was helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions, gave us many pointers and didn’t rush us out the door because we weren’t buying anything. I have called Doug a few times to ask his advice and he was amazing every phone call! We bought a motor for our boat from him today and his knowledge and kindness was outstanding! When we need anything for our boat it will be purchased through Proctor!

I don't know where to start. I am new to boating. From the first time I stepped foot in Proctor Marine, Doug H. was super helpful. Since I am new to boating I had a lot of questions. Doug took the time to answer all of my questions and didn't make me feel like I was inferior. I felt like a pain at times, but Doug was great. I highly recommend Proctor Marine.

Purchased a used pro staff boat just over a year ago. Everything seemed to go smooth until there was a warranty issue. Was told that it was my responsibility to transfer the warranty. Never heard back despite a few calls. Had to call another dealer and they had a response within hours. Turns out proctor is 100% responsible for the transfer of… warranty. You would think being in the business for so long they would know this?! Never even got a call back from them apologizing or acknowledging my other calls. Thankfully another crestliner dealer stepped up and took this matter on. If your looking

Just picked up our boat after a long winter in storage. John and the crew did a wonderful job of making sure everything was perfect. We bought our boat from Proctors and it's been smooth sailing ever since! The prices are reasonable, and you can find everything there you need for your boat and beyond. I love that I can take my (well behaved) dog into the store, and he's always welcomed with open arms and a cookie.
The service team is great and they go the extra step to ensure that any service is done right the first time. Great job everyone!
