We are a small service business here to help you with all your boating needs. Many area boaters may remember me as I grew up at Norm's Bayview Marina at Long Point. The following is a summary of my experiences. I am a factory trained technician including Mercury / Mercruiser, OMC, Volvo, Johnson, Evinrude, Honda, and Suzuki, first reaching Master Technician level in 1992 with OMC.
A graduate of Humber College's Small Craft and Marina Technology program, I have more than 25 years experience working on boats ranging in size from small inflatable's to 75' charter yachts. Most of the experience has been earned with typical sport fishing and family boats. I have worked from here in Ontario to the Caribbean both as a service technician, and service & marina manager.

We will NEVER use Jones Marine again!
My son took his outboard motor there for some service work and when we went to pick up the motor the gas tank was damaged and leaking fuel. I gave Jones' the benefit of the doubt and thought that it was possible it could've been damaged when we dropped it off. That was in 2020.
This year we thought it would be a good idea to get the motor gone over before using it for the season. My son just picked up the motor from them and this time the shift lever is broke off, Jones said it was broke off before they worked on.
If the shift lever was broke off before

We purchased a fishing kayak, that was amazing for it's intended purpose. However it made my wife and I realize we wanted more advanced kayaks to go on trips with. We were advised on what we would need and the best value for our dollar. Rob actually sold us his next years demo models (it was late in the season) at a great price and ordered new demos for himself.
You can't ask for more accomadating people, providing a better price.
Make the drive to Tillsonburg, it's worth it.

This was one of the best customer service experiences I think I've had all year. Rob stayed late one evening, two days before Christmas to show my husband and I a kayak. My husband hoping to surprise me with a purchase, was so pleasantly surprised that Rob took the time to reconsider the idea of a purchase, to be sure its the RIGHT purchase. Rob Kept the store open, over his business hours to educate my husband and I, on the proper kayak for us. After inviting us to a pool trial with a model we believe we've decided on, he then educated us on some course dates we should consider as well. I can
