I would literally recommend no one else but Dr. Gary for any bed bug or pest cases in Vancouver. He is nothing but knowledgeable, very patient, incredibly accessible and so calming. This review is based on communication which I am a huge stick in the pot for, especially since that is the basis of my job. I understand that the pest control that was initially scheduled had to be cancelled due to an emergency, I can respect that 100% as stuff happens, however, when we called back to coordinate a rescheduled date there was some communication problems. I spoke with Mr. Mann who did understand, in spite of me repeating myself 3 times, that we could not due to proposed rescheduled date that was offered as it was outside our business operation hours. Had an infestation and Garry come out to apply chemicals. Six weeks later we still had a real problem and the bugs did not stop coming. We had been promised that if the problem was not resolved then Garry would come back and apply more chemicals. All the emails sent were ignored and we never heard back again. Happy to take our money but not follow through with his promise. Bad job and would not recommend Avon Pest control to anyone.
