It was so great to have someone so knowledgeable come by and tell me what I needed to know in order to start the extermination process. He was very nice, helped with everything he could! Even spoke to my landlord for me in order to get the bill paid correctly and quickly, so awesome!! He made a bad situation much easier for me :)

It's not pleasant having to deal with pests, Alpine Pest Control makes the whole experience easier. They are efficient, timely and show expertise. They use unmarked vans when they come on site which helps with nosy neighbours :) They work quickly and effectively and talk you through the whole thing. We have been using them at different locations for years and appreciate their knowledge, know-how and taking care of pest problems.

I called Apline Pest Control about a wasps nest that was in a vent in our house and the wasps were getting inside the house. They arrived within an hour and assessed what turned out to be a somewhat complicated job. They were very professional and within 45min had the nest fully removed. I would absolutely use their services again. They were timely, very responsive, very knowledgable and professional and very friendly.

Sar is a true professional! Even though he was booked pretty solid today, he said he'd fit us in... and he did!
Sar is incredibly knowledgeable about raccoons. He had a good look at the shed the raccoons live in. He said that no matter how he secured it, due to the nature of the materials (lots of thin plastic), they'd get back in even if we installed a one way door.
Sar then gave us some suggestions on how we could approach this ourselves..
Not only is Sar very responsive, completely professional and knowledgeable, he's also an honest man as well! We'd highly recommend him for any of your pest

Sam provided great service, was knowledgeable and responsive! We had wasps decide our porch soffits was a great place to build their nest. I received a call within a couple hours from the time I filled out the online form. Sam talked me through what he would do and booked a time to assess and treat. He arrived the very next day and dusted the area.
They guarantee their work and since pests are called that for a reason the wasps decided to come back a couple weeks later. Sam returned and sprayed the area. It's been a couple weeks and no sign of those buggers. Next up, protection from my fear..

Never requested services from a pest control company before. This time, with a family of raccoons, we figured we needed professional help. Googled "raccoon removal Vancouver" and Alpine Pest Control was on top of the list. I called the number, the person on the other line was very patient in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. The quote given I found was reasonable as well.
The technician arrived was actually the person who answered my call and apparently the owner. Sar has shared his knowledge of raccoon behavior and explained how he will deal with the raccoon problem

We called Alpine to deal with mice in our house. Nizar came & set a few bait stations then told us to call him if we still saw evidence of mice in a couple of weeks. There seemed to be no decrease in mouse activity, despite the bait being eaten, so we called him back. He replaced bait in a very quick visit, which again seemed to make no difference. We tried calling him again many times over the next few months & he never answered or returned our voicemails. I would not recommend using Alpine. Huge waste of money.

My neighbor recommended Alpine, and I'm so glad I called them! When we moved into our home, I soon saw all kinds of creepy crawlers. After calling Alpine, they knew just what to do, I am happily bug free. They are very professional and well educated on pest control. The maintenance program they offer keeps the bugs away, and is very reasonably priced. We also had a problem with mice because of a neighbor building, they took care of that too! I highly recommend them for all of your pest/rodent problems. Alpine worries about it, so I don't have too!
