Got rodents in our house and called Westside. They sent Jake to us in Burnaby BC. Jake is amazing! He is honest, friendly, and professional. After Jake sealed the holes around the house and put bait stations and traps around in the house, we didn't see trace of mice/rats anymore. I am very satisfied with the service provided by Jake. The 6-month guarantee is also a plus.

This company is wonderful, and the owner really cares. My husband I affectionately refer to him a Ratman, not the hero we want, but the hero we need. We moved into our new home and were shocked to discover rats in our crawlspace. Mike and his team came into our home and sealed up our patio (the entry point), and baited and trapped the rodents inside our crawlspace. They came back twice to ensure all the rats were gone, and they did a throughout clean-up after. There was a misunderstanding about what their guarantee covers, since we needed multiple clean-ups, but Mike swiftly rectified the situation

Called before the BC Day long weekend, and had an appointment booked for the following Tuesday to remove a wasp nest outside my home. The phone rep was helpful and friendly, and explained the service. The exterminator was also very friendly, expedient and Was done within 30 mins. The invoice was emailed to me, and I paid by etransfer. Credit card was also an option. Great service. Would recommend .

I found a unexposed wasp nest on the exterior wall of my house. I used the Raid and the spray foam to save money, but none of my methods (spent $30 for 2 weeks) worked. I called Westside Pest Control. The lady who answered my call was so kind and knowledgeable. The quote over the phone was very reasonable (under $200) and they guarantee the free retreatment within the same calendar year. The technician came in the next day, he Injected directly into nest location with aerosol insecticide and applied a residual powder insecticide in the entrance of the wall. It worked. Now all of my problem is gone
