The Rock Store is a crystal haven and Healing Centre that offers a safe and sacred space for community to gather in the heart of downtown Toronto. Set in a beautiful, light filled and airy 100 ft long crystal palace, it supports a retail store specializing in crystals, meditation aids, books, ritual tools, and yoga products.
It is my personal understanding at this point in my journey that what we all seek is to come back into ourselves, get deeper into who we are, and find balance, harmony and relief.

The selection was great but the blonde worker was quite disinterested and made us feel like a burden when we asked for help. She was awfully talkative and friendly to Caucasian customers however... Unbelievable to see this type of mentality in Toronto. I hope they incorporate a protective stone against prejudice in the future.

I’ve been to this store few times now, and they have a beautiful collection of all things crystals. It’s a calm atmosphere and the staff is really nice and helpful.
I had a crystal consultation with Kat and she’s really knowledgeable and recommends according to your needs. I learned quite a bit from her.
I got in on their end of year special and all I can say is thanks for helping me grow my crystal collection!

I came from Milton as I’d heard such lovely things about The Rock Store! It was a beautiful and peaceful store. The two women working were delightful and knowledgeable and answered a lot of my questions. I left with a bag full of goodies and sage! Thank you for the great experience out in the world during this strange time!

The store itself is very pretty and it has good variety of crystals. The staff however are very rude and judgemental. One time this girl walked in to get strings and the staff rolled her eyes and was really rude towards her. I've also felt like the staff just judge you a lot and roll their eyes whenever you walk to the cashier. Not pleasant to be in, but very aesthetically pleasing shop.

I walked into this store and felt an immense peace in my body. The staff was absolutely great. However the one that attended to me provided wonderful service, very customer focused and took her time to explain to me about items I liked but had no idea what they meant. I forgot to ask her her name… I believe I heard someone called her something with Didi ..Dada

I love shopping at the Rock Store! The moment I enter this store, I am overcome with the feeling of absolute peace and serenity. The store’s layout, use of natural light, birch branches and aromas creates an oasis for shopping and healing. The staff have been informative, friendly and helpful. The Rock Store has an amazing collection of gems, minerals and jewellery. I am always able to find new crystals to add to my collection! I am also always impressed with their variety of books, oracle cards and candles! There is something for everyone! The Rock Store is my favourite crystal store in Toronto

I recently had a wonderful shopping experience in this store. Firstly the space is so serene and beautiful even though right outside there is a busy street. Stepping into this space is like having a spa moment. The variety of crystals and jewelry is incredible. It was so easy to find what I wanted and a few things for gifts. The staff is really knowledgeable and helpful. I particularly liked the book collection. It would be hard to find these titles anywhere else. All in all a great place to spend a few hours on a hot afternoon.

I've been shopping here for years and I'm always so satisfied! They have an amazing assortment, which is always merchandised in a clean and clear manor. Out of all of the crystal/spiritual stores in the city this is by far the best! I've always received great help with any questions I have and enjoy chatting with the staff. Highly highly recommend!

I've always had a fascination with rocks since I was a kid, and it wasn't until just recently after becoming more spiritual and knowing more about qualities of rocks and crystals from my friends I really got back into it.
The Rock Store is my favorite store to shop for these beautiful specimens. It's a pretty large store and they probably have the largest selection in the city. They also sell books, herbs, jewelry and all kinds of mystical objects and accessories.
The place doesn't feel like a hippie den or a head shop like many crystal/gem stores, it's actually very bright

-They have an no open bag policy (understandable due to the store selling small crystals. However I've never seen other crystal store implement the same policy)
-The staff are not very knowledge about the crystals. They don't know the origin of the crystals.

This place has some nice stuff, but I am led to believe that they racially profile their customers. They have a 'no open bag policy' that they only seem to enforce on people of colour. Recently (on my second visit) an employee immediately swooped in on my Indigenous partner while totally ignoring me, though I was also standing there with an open shopping bag. A few months ago (on my first visit) I watched a different employee follow two Black people around the store until they left. Won't return.

You can feel the healing energy as soon as you walk through the door. SO CALMING I can spend hours in here. If i could I would be sitting on the floor and hang out for hours. it's feels so good to be there!
There are so many crystals and they are all hand chosen by the owner! They're colour coordinated which makes it easier to find what your looking for.
The staff is very friendly and super knowledgable and educated!
Every time I come here the layout has changed which keeps things interesting!

Came here with my girlfriends, we spent about an hour looking at all the rocks and reading what they all mean! I walked out of there with several stones, and a necklace. It is a truly beautiful store. The only thing was the wait line was slow to cash out and the rocks were a little pricey although the free lemon water does make up for it as well as the decor!

They have tiny to extremely large rocks, some rough and some tumbled, as individual pieces, and as part of jewelry. For the tiny pieces (in some case chips) they are against the window and start as low as $1.
What I did find was lots of duplication throughout the store. For example, rose quarts was in 4 different areas and in different styles/shapes and price points. That said, if you

I went to this shop to buy a very special pendant stone for a very special friend of mine. Not only I found the right stone I wanted I bought a silver OM sign pendant for myself too! :) The lady who helped me in the shop was a true angel. She has guided me on how to choose a right stone by holding it into my palm and try to feel the heat and energy. It really worked!

I'm tired of this store closing hours before it says it would, It's already happened to me more than a couple times and I waste a good portion of my day trying to get there. And every time they do happen to be open the staff there seem too smug to talk to me... but who knows maybe it's just me.
All in all I'm not impressed by their work culture here. The employees seem too caught up on talking to each other or browsing the web than actually helping customers. I've never had any of these problems in the competing stores where employees are actually genuine and don&apos

Loved coming in to this sacred space. I was in a vulnerable place because my Grandmother had just passed away. They let me take my time and browse on my own, and then when I had specific questions, Samantha was absolutely wonderful and informative. I've also had many readings with Julie, and she is extremely in tune with the divine source and I've found her readings to be very helpful.

I stumbled on to The Rock Store a few years ago literally by accident. It has been a match made in heaven for me! The staff (lovely Goddesses) has been tremendous at helping me with my requests. Whenever, I am in the area I make it a point to drop in and say hello. I am always greeted with a warm welcome and a hug.

I've had a similar experience at this mineral store - vibe wasn't as friendly and inviting as other stores I've been to. One store clerk seemed a little impatient with helping me choose a stone, and also slightly arrogant.
On another visit I wanted to return a large stone i had purchased because i changed my mind about it and they proceeded to tell me that they do not grant refunds, which they should have mentioned at the time of purchase i feel.
I don't think i will be going there again, and 'gifts from the earth' is a much more welcoming establishment.
