Because I grew up in a neighbourhood where drugs were easily available, I experienced the suffering caused by addiction. It would have been simple to choose drugs to avoid feeling pain and negative emotions. Meditation was my saving grace. It provided me with a tool for reflection and a connection to a deeper, more peaceful life.
In the years that I have been practicing alternative healing therapies in Toronto and around the world, I have met many clients who have tried everything, they said, to heal their emotional, mental, physical or spiritual pain. Many had given up hope of experiencing relief from this pain and had resigned themselves to just learning to live with their problem.
Meditation has become increasingly more popular as people experience the many benefits including easing of stresses like anxiety, worry, depression and pain. It also allows the experience of deep relaxation which has a positive impact on sleep and our ability to experience happiness. I began meditating as a teenager and believe it has been my saving grace in life.
At the foundation of my Spiritual Wellness Coaching is the understanding that we are more than our physical bodies. We are beings of divine light who are here to fulfill our sacred purpose. To be able to connect to our sacred purpose we must develop a spiritual path based on love, kindness and empathy towards our self and others.
Contrary to what most people would imagine, the modern workplace is in fact, the perfect setting to promote lifestyle changes that optimize health, encourage employee happiness and spread a feeling of harmony. The corporate wellness concept is now proven and can be easily achieved using one or a combination of the healing therapies I offer my clients.

Sheri has such a wonderful, loving, wise and peaceful presence. She is truly a treasure, and I feel so lucky to have found her. The reiki healing sessions i have done with her have been profound, and an important part of my healing journey.
