Ashley was born and raised in Ottawa. She has a diverse background in dentistry. Ashley was a Dental Assistant in general practice for 7 years before getting her Hygiene diploma at the Canadian National Institute of Health. As a Hygienist she worked in both general and periodontal practices. Ashley loves working in Orthodontics with Dr. Saikaly and Dr. Cohen because she enjoys watching smiles and faces transform.

Called to book an appointment to end my treatment since I had been waiting since mid February for trays. When I called the claimed hey left a voicemail in March but were unable to tell me which number they called and they never followed up (I also could not find anything in the call lists for March). They then told me their next available appointment was November 30th... Not impressed

Dr. Saikely and his team are absolutely fantastic. They're doing me a real solid too! I have been having complications with my lower teeth, and Dr. Saikely will be fixing them as a courtesy, free of charge. I really appreciate Dr. Saikely and his staff for this. The staff were all very accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process, and kept me informed well in advance of what to expect with the next steps. Often there were small adjustments that needed to be made where the staff were able to arrange for a quick appointment on short notice many times. Only challenging thing that I would mention is that hours of operation can sometimes be challenging when one works downtown and needs to bring a teen for periodic check ups and adjustments to Orleans before closing. Orleans Orthodontics provided exceptional care for my daughter during her orthodontic treatment. They were always kind, professional and informative. Those extra fees 50 $ I had a flat tire on one day of appointment with prove of it this company still insist for me to pay the 50 $ although my account is clear with them have paid over 8000 for Orthodontics treatments, never missed a payment and also I always paid their extras fees if late or short notice cancellation they still want me to pay 50 $ extras fees although I explained I had a flat tire and have prove of it.

What an amazing team! Dr Saikaly and Dr Cohen took the time to determine multiple options for treatment, keeping in mind the practicality and comfort of my daughter.
My ONLY complaint is that the hours are limited meaning I always need to take time off work, and my children out of school. Taking appointments until 5 or 6pm would really help.

I myself had braces for two years and enjoyed it. The staff are truly amazing. For the two years I was there no staff quit, only more were added. There were also complimentary movies that had happened (we saw Beauty and the Beast and Divergent) They were always ahead of schedule and absolutely fantastic. They also have a little games corner to play arcade games. Finally, when I left I was given a gift after my braces were removed. Thank you so much to you all.

We are so grateful to Dr. Saikaly, Dr. Cohen and the entire team at Orleans Orthodontics for guiding us through the braces journey. The technicians are awesome. As a parent, you are never made to feel uncomfortable. I would go back with my son every once in a while to have a closer look and get an update on progress. They would take the time to explain things and even bring up comparison x-rays and photos to demonstrate the progress and the work still to be done. We also didn't have any problems getting in for an 'emergency' appointments when a bracket would come off or a wire would pop out. The

I have been to many orthodontics in my adolescence and adulthood since having had braces when I was younger. The care and consideration the practice's staff took in getting to know me as a new patient was wonderful.
The staff was friendly, energetic and clearly take much joy in their work.
Starting up with this office has been an excellent decision.
