Chantal's warm smile and gentle hands assist Dr. Tan in all aspects of patient treatment, especially in making sure patients remain comfortable and relaxed during procedures. She also sterilizes and manages our orthodontic instruments, performs equipment maintenance, keeps patient records, and provides essential oral hygiene instructions to patients.

So happy with the results and service from Braces in Orleans. The staff are wonderful amd my daughters braces did such a wonderful job amd left her with beautiful straight healthy teeth. They never rushed the process amd always explained everthing to her in a manner she understood. Would highly recommend

I'm not sure about all the 5 star ratings. I find replies to emails very slow. Even when they requested response. Covid-19 protocols are to be what they are but not good for anyone that identified as suffering from anxiety. Im not sure the purpose of asking about anxiety when you don't understand the stress it causes based on certain interactions. Only just started in June hopefully it changes and I can update my review.

Shocked at how well and quickly Dr. Tan made me feel comfortable. I was referred to her practice by my dentist when I mentioned wanting to get my teeth straightened. While I had to wait a few months before my initial appointment and won't be going with Dr. Tan, visiting her was worth it because she left such a lasting impression on me. Unfortunately, she only handles braces and not Invisalign but she was so thorough with her consultation, making sure I understood all her recommendations and I took that information with me. In the end, she actually referred me to another Ortho who handles Invisalign

I always feel very welcome at Brace in Orleans, the staff is the most easy going I have ever met and they provide a very personalized service.
They will make you feel relaxed in a moment when you need it the most, dentist appointments are not always nice, but all the staff do the best to make a nice experience out of it.

Dr Tan is amazing. Not only is she a genius at her craft, but she is super nice and accommodating. We were referred to her by our family dentist when another orthodontist had strongly urged a “canine replacement” for our daughter. It was a radical suggestion but we didn’t know any better. Our dentist then wanted a second opinion and not to take the easy way out and sent us to Dr Tan even though her office is nowhere near our home. Are we ever glad we made the trip! She proposed a completely different, more complex strategy but with potentially much better results. And here we are 4 years

I have nothing but the highest recommendation for Dr. Sharleen Tan and her team at Braces in Orleans. My two kids were treated as teenagers with great results and then myself as an adult when I decided to get braces later in life. Dr. Tan is a consummate professional and always makes you feel valued as one of her patients. Even years later after we all finished our treatment, Dr. Tan remembers details about your family asking how they are doing that is so genuine. The team is exceptional as well and they demonstrate true team work, professional and ensure that your visit is as efficient as possible
