The one and two bedroom suites in Holiday Beach Resort Motel are situated in two buildings around a large grassed courtyard. In the one story front building, Skaha Lake and a large sandy beach are just steps across the lakeside road. Our Beach Front rooms have a picnic table to call your own, perfect for watching what is happening on the beach.
Guests may relax in our outdoor courtyard where outdoor family games such as bocce, horseshoes, and many other games may be enjoyed. Head across the street to one of the warmest lakes in Canada, sandy beaches, trails and a strong emphasis on encouraging healthy and active lifestyles. Skaha Lake is set up with volleyball nets, a fenced dog park, and a spray park for kids.

Perfect place to stay! The managers are so friendly & they do everything to make your stay comfortable & enjoyable. The rooms are cozy & clean. We loved it so much that we stayed here three times this summer. It's convenient to the beach, it's a short drive to Penticton, Oliver & Osoyoos. Already looking forward to staying here next summer!

I recently returned from a 5-night stay at the Holiday Beach Resort Motel. This was my third time staying there and it didn’t disappoint! I appreciated not having daily cleaning services, especially because of Covid. I knew if I needed fresh towels or anything else at all, I just needed to ask. The room was spotless upon arrival and the new bed was super comfortable. This year I didn’t have a kitchen, but I was there with friends who had rooms that did. The kitchens have everything you need, which is a bonus because my friends are all creative cooks. We also used barbecues out back to cook

My sister and I went to the resort with our kids and rented two of the suited both were great. The top floor had the most amazing views on the belcony the only way I can explain it is it's like a little piece of Mexico in Canada! The bottom unit was nice cause you had the patio with a court yard and picnic table and small views. And both units had amazing air conditioning, which you will need ! There are BBQs in the back courtyard and the beach right across the street. Managers were great and accommodating we will

The location is perfect. The room was clean. The price was right. It would have been a great holiday if we didn't have to deal with guests on wither side of us smoking on the shared patio. We stayed 3 nights at the HBRM in July. We had great weather and would have loved to enjoy the picnic tables out front of our room with the lake view but the whole time-I mean the whole time 7am-10 plus pm the guests on either side of us were smoking. We sleep with the windows open and were woken to pot smell at just after 7am. The owners/managers (?) stated it has been like this for 25 years and despite being

Perfect family motel, the room was very clean and Lavette made sure we had everything we needed. The location right across from the beach is great, the sandy beach has shallow water for ages, so it's very safe and fun for kids. Plus a playground and spray park. For older kids, the bridge for jumping into the lake is only a 5 minute walk, and the KVR trail is right there for biking. We saw several deer on the trail at dusk. Our room did not have a tub (large shower instead) but some do. The kitchen had everything we needed including full fridge and stove.
