Dr. Chris offers oral surgery and sedation dentistry. He shares his time between Bayview Dental and our office in Nanaimo. He first developed an interest in the field after shadowing dentists in his undergraduate years - and he enjoys the challenges it brings. Originally from Vancouver Island, Dr. Chris graduated with a bachelor's degree in Biology (Honours) from the University of Victoria.

Thank you Bayview Dental, your care and consideration were wonderful! I phoned in to book myself and my husband for New Client check up and cleaning appointments, I was very clearly advised that they could see me the next for our check ups and then would be placed on a quick call list for our cleanings, as they are super busy and with Covid, still catching up. Kysa, was super helpful and very kind, she bent over back words to get us in and has us booked for November for our cleaning appointments. Darlene was very nice at the end of the appointment and explained the billing to me clearly. The office

Awesome experience, well at least as good as having a tooth pulled can be. The ladies at the front desk were great, they explained all the fees and appointments and set my mind right at ease! So thankful I found an awesome that's staff actually CARE about their patients! Great job and I will see you all in a week!

Great place for your dental needs. Skilled and very caring staff. Dr Kooner, the implant specialist, uses very modern techniques and is exceeding personal. In all, my visits there are a joy, then again over the half century of dental visits, I'm very familiar with the processes and they perform them very well.

Always greeted promptly with a friendly smile & hello at both entering place of practice, as well as from dental assistant & my denist, Dr. Kooner, he is excellent at calming my fear & nervousness and helping me to relax, and this is why I keep going back to visit Dr. Vic Kooner at Bayview in Qualicum Beach, B.C. :)
