I showed up as they were locking the door. The man was understandably grumpy but let me in. The other staff were very helpful and helped me. I really appreciate being let in as I live 45min away.
Sadly as I left another person came in with a oven element and wanted service already 10min past their closing time.
Good news is I can dry my laundry.

I needed a replacement grease filter for above my stove. My size was no longer available at Home Depot or other local stores, so I found reliableparts.ca on the web. They had the right size. Turned out to be genuine factory replacement grease filters, not knock-offs. Perfect size, perfect fit. Also, they used a strong box to send them, not a bubble mailer. They arrived in perfect shape with zero damage. I'm very happy with this first order.

I ordered a part on line. It took a couple of weeks to come in, but I didn't mind, I had patience. I ordered the right part in the first place, and what I needed arrived and was put in, in 5 minutes. Awesome.
After I waited two weeks, I called in, and the agent apologized and said they had to back order the part, and to call her back in a week and she'd be able to trace the package, but the part arrived at my house 3 days later.
Lots of fishy websites out there, but this was legit for me, and I feel for some of the comments on here, but jeez, order the right part that you need in

I've purchased several parts for our Samsung fridge, and GE stove. Their prices are similar to what you'd find online from the states.
The parts are usually in stock, if not they'll have it the next day at no extra cost. They can also deliver it to your house for about $10.
They will help you find the correct part number if you don't have it.
Most unused parts can be returned but they'll charge a restocking fee (20%).

Hi, I had terrible experience with Mississauga Store. My wife order a part and before buying the part asked about the return policy and the store associate mentioned 30 days refund. She was told the part will be available next day. We went back to cancel the order since we did not need it any more and was informed that there will be 20% restocking fee. We mentioned to them that we asked about refund policy before buying the part and it was never communicated to us. The guy who sold the part was there and as argument started, he just walked away. The supervisor Jefferey accepted first to refund

Really wish I had read all the poor reviews before heading in there! Long story short, they sold me an ice maker ($230) for my Samsung fridge. Got home and noticed it was not the right part, went back the next day to exchange for the correct part, told me I was out of luck! Absolutely no returns or exchanges!! They could clearly see that the part was never out of the box, but rudely told me to get lost! I asked them to be reasonable, but there was no care or compassion for my situation! Just told me to sell the part on Ebay! WOW!!!!

Forced to pay in full when I ordered a part expected in two weeks. FIVE WEEKS LATER the customer service reps are still treating me like garbage and telling me the only option is to wait, or cancel the order. This company obviously does not understand the concept or customer service, let alone owning a issue and resolving it.

My experience with Reliable parts is terrible!!! The worst company in Canada!!! I ordered LG G3 celphone charger cable. According to the lady, the cable and plug comes together. she said it costs 43 cad and will be paid using credit card. and so i did. She also said that it will be delivered to the local reliable parts branch and someone from there will call me. It didn;t happen. 2 months later and no phone call, i went to pick up the part and i got the plug WITHOUT the cable. the guy over the counter said it's all he got. I called them to ask and they said they will send me the correct part

This place saved me last night! My washer machine broke! Luckily they had the part in stock! They answered all my questions over the phone and I was able to pick up right away. Good customer service!
The only reason I gave the 4 star instead of 5 is I found the same part at another place for $10 less, but I would have had to wait for part to be shipped.
