Patrick was punctual, professional and carried out the repair quickly. He explained what was wrong with my fridge, told me what he was going to do, quoted the exact price before he started work, showed me the defective part and the new one that he was about to install. He made sure that the floor was protected from any water or marks; he was very clean and tidy and left the fridge and area around it spotless. I am very impressed and will recommend this company to friends.

UPDATE:
Tabitha phones after she had spoken to the owner and rescheduled appointment at no charge . She was unaware of the whole issue. There was a piece of plastic in the replacement part that was installed so the line was checked and now everything works great.
My fridge was experiencing issues with the water line. I was charged the diagnostic fee on the first visit. They came and assessed it and determined it need a $200 part. Once they completed the repair, the water line still didn't work so it was recommended that I defrost my fridge and freezer. I did so and nothing has changed
