Worst worker and company ive dealt with. I was told 180 too fix my dryer. He was working on my dryer for 20 mins. I paid the worker 200. 20$ tip. I go too start doing my big families laundry and it doesn't work bare minimum heat. Does not dry my families clothes. I have too reset my dryer twice too even get the clothes partially dry. In this time of crisis our city is going thru(covid19) i really thought they would take their time and show their best work. And atleast send a guy with some manners.

Had a problem with my dishwasher so I called Affordable Appliance Repair Calgary. Had a good experience with them from the beginning. The service representative that answer the phone was very knowledgeable and courteous, so were the service technician. Had my dishwasher repaired the same day and for a fair price.

Worst customer experience I have ever had. Don't waste your time. I booked service call for today between 11-1pm, Aug 24th. I have 2 kids under the age of 5 and figured my appointment at 230pm would be safe due to the early service call. No one showed up, the technician called at 107pm to ask about the issue with the fridge to which I asked where are you? He made a mistake on the service time, didn't even apologize then said earliest he could make it was in half an hour. I said okay but this is very poor service and I now have to cancel my appointment. Again no apology. At 215 I called the main

Our refrigerator stopped cooling all of the sudden. I wasn't sure what was the problem, I tried to unplug and plug it back in but that obviously didn't do the trick. I called Quality Appliance Repair service and had a service man at my door within the hour. He examined the refrigerator and determined the problem, he needed to replace a part to make it working again. I was sure that he will need to order the part and I won't be able to use my fridge for a few days. To my surprise , he had the part in his truck, he proceeded to doing the service and repair my fridge promptly. Great service.

The other day my LG refrigerator started to make weird noises and the next morning I noticed a big puddle under the unit. I called this guys and they gave me the quote for the service tech to come out and examine my refrigerator. He showed up at the appointed time, examined the unit and started to take it apart and repairing it. He needed to replace a part, gave me a reasonable quote and proceeded to repair my refrigerator. He did a good job, cleaned after himself and run couple of test to make sure the refrigerator is working and nothing else was leaking.
