WELCOME TO YOGA ON CORYDON - a place where you can relax and refresh your body and mind, add to your health and well being. The studio has been serving the community over 23 years. It's spaciousness, beautiful atmosphere, with natural light and lots of greenery will invite you right into your own inner space. We are well equipped with yoga props - bolsters. There is an easy parking in front of the studio on Corydon Avenue with no parking restrictions and 6 parking spots at the back of the building.
Services
We are offering the classes in studio - in person, live streamed through Zoom or on demand (recorded and available for 48 hours). As you are probably aware the new regulations by health authorities regarding in person classes have been issued. A proof of vaccination will be required to be presented to the instructor upon entering the studio.
Summer is here and with it our new schedule. We will continue with streaming the live classes online through Zoom and in addition we will be offering live classes on demand. In case there will be any changes in our ability to open the studio for in person classes, we will inform you. In addition to these classes there will be a recorded all level class with Jana on demand weekly ( total of 10 classes).
If you are new to yoga or have not been physically active lately, here are some suggestions to help prepare you for the classes. As you introduce yoga to your body and mind, they will go through a period of adjustment. During the process of learning and practising the exercises, you will encounter your personal limits, which can be physical or psychological which you will have to take into consideration.
When you enroll for classes in our studio we wish that your participation will be a most pleasant experience, and that yoga will bring a lasting improvement in your life. We look forward to working with you and will make our best effort to achieve this goal. Here are a few suggestions on how you could help us and each other to succeed.
Parking is available in front of the studio at any time of the day without restrictions. We also have 5 parking spots at the back of the building on the east side of the lot ( the side closest to Sabai Restaurant). Please avoid parking on the west side of the parking lot, which is reserved for other tenants of the building.

I have been practicing yoga with Jana for almost 20 years now. I was struggling physically and emotionally when I started her class. Slowly, I felt energy return and peace of mind throughout the practice. Her team is professional, caring and sincere, always eager to modify for you, as needed. I cannot think about Jana without a smile on my face, and love in my heart. She is a calming voice for me and a constant reminder of gratitude..

I love Yin yoga with Diane. Last winter I spent several month in Vancouver and returned to Winnipeg very stiff and sore. I classes with Diane the previous years and had mentioned to her how I was feeling. Within a couple of yoga classes I found the stiffness had left my body. I definitely recommend this class and I will be back for further sessions, Diane is wonderful and there are times I think I have slept through the whole class as the time just floats away. Such a great place to learn yoga. I've had Jana & Diane as instructors and both provide a great mix of positivity, personal advice, & personal space while giving detailed instructions for each pose. The location is great, and the facility is just right - soft, yet firm flooring, comfortable temperature, and a lot of reflected natural light.
