NAI Goddard & Smith has been our condo manager for a number of years now. It has been my great pleasure to serve on our council for those years. Prior to that we were very dissatisfied with the management company(ies) that we had hired.
However since NAI became responsible for our building, we have been able to relax and know that our affairs are being capably managed, our bills paid in a timely manner, all our questions have been resolved to everyones satisfaction and that they are available, without delay, to see to any emergency that might arise.

As a Realtor, I work with property management companies all the time. The process usually goes with me leaving copious amounts of voicemails and emails trying to get the answers needed so I'm able to help my client make an educated decision about purchasing a property. My experience with NAI Goddard & Smith was the complete opposite. From the moment I called I was instantly greeted and asked how they could help. Then I was transferred to a REAL PERSON not a voicemail and Emily (real person) was helpful, funny, professional and took the time to get me answers by even placing me on hold rather than

Our strata council has been dealing with this company for a few years. Owners have been lied to, bylaws broken by the property manager, owners ridiculed and belittled in correspondence, excuse after excuse made for their screw ups, and basically bullying owners who question their work ethic...the list goes on. Enough is enough. The owners are in the process of obtaining enough signatures to call an SGM to have this company terminated. It's hard to find a great property management company, but nothing could be worse than this one.

I am only giving one star because zero is an option. This company is rude, unprofessional, and condescending. They have a high turn over of employees because they hire people with no customer service skills. They take weeks to return phone calls and emails and frankly have no idea about managing properties.

I rented a suite at 5041B Redstem Street, Kelowna, BC.
After a while the suite wasn’t compatible and with a mutual agreement to vacate.
Anthony Markus decided to keep my damage deposit even though I paid to clean all carpets, paint and basically clean the suite within an inch of it’s life.
In other words the place was impeccably clean and no loss of rent and therefore no reason to keep ones damage deposit.
My opinion is don’t rent from this property management group and if you have to deal with anyone named Anthony Markus turn and run like hell as he will make any excuse to keep your

My experience with Nai was exceptional! They help sell our family business and it was an NAI team effort to get it done. I was impressed on the advertising that they setup. It's too bad some people had a bad experience with their property management department but if you live in a condo you can guess that Strata is never easy to deal with. In my experience, the Nai realtors were very knowledgeable and knew the key ingredients to get the best deal possible!

Was told that the apartment was going to be painted and the carpets replaced, that was 11 months ago and neither of those are done. The lobby leaks when it rains, the manager doesn't shovel the stairs or the driveway to the underground parking, the lock on the side door was broken for months.

Hello All, this has to be one of the worst management companies I have ever had to deal with. They have not rectified uses with the building I have rented and also the manager that I deal with is clearly not a owner of a property herself. If she was they would understand all the issues that I am having and deal with then very quickly. I am a landlord myself and would never deal with my tenant in the way I have been treated. Please save yourself the headache, if you come across this management team..... look for another place

Every time I've gone in, the receptionists are rude and blunt.
My buildings corridor has been leaking for a year and no action has been taken to resolve it.
They also deactivated my fob key and I was locked in the building for hours since I had no access back in if I were to of leave. Which I could only do on foot ,as my car was in the parking garage with no key to open the gate.
