The costumer service of remi is really awesome and nice i call her 2 times and she answer really fast and nice. But when she transfer me to the property manager i ask the guy how can i get the key to the cable room he told me telus should have the key. When telus came here telus got a key but cannot open the cable room the key is for the electricity room so i call the property manager again and ask how can i get the key he said you need to email me a formal request and ill show it to the council and then i said okay then he hang up 😅 he havent gave his email address though. I know he is busy

Working with REMI Realty has been a great experience. As a contractor, we are able to communicate with the property management team through different platforms. We are a 5 year old small strata with 14 units only. REMI was assigned through the developer as our strata management company. Within this 5 years, we had 7-8 managers changed. The owner, Wayne, is very knowledgeable; however, the good part stops there. Out of the 8 managers, Heath, was the only one has done a decent job other than Wayne himself. Wayne had to step in to be our manager as there were not enough in his company at the time. Things really started to go downhill starting with the 6th manager, yet the 6th manager was still responsive and trying to get things done. At this point, issues

These people either don’t know the strata act or they choose not to follow it. They encouraged our council not to release strata documents to owners.....that is against the law & makes me think they are up to no good.
I notice all the negative reviews get the same answer from REMI management- “your not a tenant or owner of ours. We can’t find you in our system”. Now isn’t that convenient? I wish all these negative reviews were available before my old building hired this sorry excuse of a company!

Great company to work with. The manager and the director provided professional advice and opinion. Friendly staffs and always helpful. Within a year, REMI reviewed the existing contracts and able to help us save a combination of almost $10,000. Love It !!
