Our repairmen are trained to repair Amana refrigerators, stoves and ovens, washing machines, clothes dryers, dishwashers, and more. Amana was established in 1934 and has a history of designing innovative cooking, dish, laundry and refrigeration household appliances.

Don't use this company, and don't buy an LG fridge.
LG arranged for this company to come and repair my LG fridge, under warranty. They "repaired" the fridge on December 15, and the next day the entire fridge quit working. Before they came the fridge part worked, now nothing worked. I had to fight to get them to come back the next day. They "repaired" it again, and the next day the entire unit still did not work. That was two weeks ago. They did not contact me to schedule a new appointment, I had to contact them - more than once. Now they are telling me can come in 5 days. No fridge for three weeks

My dishwasher wasn’t draining and when I looked online the error code was a drain sensor issue. I had the tech come out for a service call, he took a look at the washer and stated we need a new drain pump, he said he felt some putty like substance and we likely ran a load with some sticky substance (my wife pre-rinses everything and is infatic that’s not the case but doesn’t say anything to him). The quote was $500 to replace the drain pump. We decided we might as well buy a new dishwasher as a new one ran from $500-$900 (at the service techs advice). Since the dishwasher was a loss, I decide

We had them come to repair our washer. My husband was told there was miscommunication about what was wrong and that he would need to reschedule another day and bring a second technician. The second time around the technician knocks on my door and when I open it he proceeds to just walk into my house and upstairs without introducing himself or greeting me in any way. He was on the phone when he arrived so perhaps he should have finished his phone call before coming to my door.
He tells us everything is fine and the washer is good to go. First load that evening it flooded our upstairs. We make arrangements

The repair was done as per estimated time, which is appreciated. However, I realized that I was charged about twice of that quoted by their Samsung authorized competitor, for labor charge. When I indicated this to the office, they quoted their 'rule book' and seemed defensive to receive a feedback. The very reason I went along with Totem was that I had committed to have their service agent over; which happened before the other service provider returned my call.

It would appear we're an anomaly based on the other good reviews - perhaps because we used them as an office and not home? Nonetheless:
-When we booked a service call for a dishwasher that would not start, and were given an appointment window. The technician did not show up.
-We called in to inquire, there was no communication until we initiated, and were told that the tech would be there before we closed for the day.
-The technician failed to show up prior to close of business.
-When the tech did show up late, IT was still on site to let them in. They were not on site half an hour and left

First, the repair guy called to let me know when he was coming and asked if he could come early, which was great. He did a very thorough job, fixed my problem, and guaranteed his work for 30 days! Would definitely use Totem Appliance Repair again.

Your fees are too high. I don't mind paying for the service call to come out but the labor was $70 for 5 minutes. So service and labor was $195 for 5 minutes. I diagnosed my own problem, gave you the part number, and it took 5 minutes to repair. Would not use you again.

Had to Uber home because technician couldn't walk through an unlocked ajar door and let the contractor working on the house know he was there. Management customer service was appallingly. Avoid.

Abysmal. Ineffective technician with horrendous interpersonal skills. Four appointments later for a simple issue (for which I had to be available from 9am-5pm) and the issue isn't fixed.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! We had our washer machine serviced. Technician while servicing poured water out into a turkey pot & water flooded into the floors and came poured through ceiling. Gagan was the technician. He poured water stuck in the machine into a turkey pot (not sure why he thought this was a good idea). We offered to get him help 3 times with someone to help him. Gagan declined the assistance all three times. He proceeded to empty the machine and water poured out all over the floors. It then leaked downstairs and water was pouring out of the light fixtures and ceilings getting all

Stan fixed our Samsung washer on warranty many months ago and was courteous, polite, and timely. We requested him specifically to repair our fridge/freezer, and he was again a pleasure to have in our home. I would not hesitate to call Totem again, even if Stan is busy.

I bought a washer /dryer from COAST APPLIANCCES almost two months ago
From the first day we realize that dryer button was broken
we inform Coast appliances they said that they will sent a technician right away.
Since two months ago totem service people call to come and they do not show up.
this action happened 4 times and when we call they say sorry we can not find the electrical part
we call coast appliances and they pass us to totem service people
I am surprised why there is no laws to take care of these thieves

I've had a bad experience with Totem appliance as well. I purchased a Frigidaire fridge through The Brick, and this is Frigidaire's appointed technician. I've already had a Totem tech out twice to my home (with the 9-5 window so I had to do both appointments on my day off). The last time the tech was out, he didn't even wait to see if the part was working again, and left my house quickly.
