Our gas oven stopped working, I figured it was the igniter but didn't have time or part to fix it. Called Tri City Appliance and told Serge about the issue. Serge responded the same day (actually called to come early), brought the right part, charged actual replacement price for part, and very fair labour cost. Serge is a professional, fair, and trustworthy guy. I highly recommend him, and for any future repairs, he'll definitely be our first call in Maple Ridge. Thanks Serge!

Our dryer was having heating issues so I called them to help with my issue based on the already great reviews. They returned my call quickly and gave me a reasonable estimate, explaining all the possible scenarios of what could be causing the issue and the associated time-frames. I was able to get an appointment for the same day (on a Saturday too! no extra fees). The tech Alex arrived when he said he would and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. He was very careful with our belongings and cleaned up thoroughly after himself, all the while explaining what he was doing as he went. He wore
